Till Tym I Reached Home Finishing Work It Was Midnight n Then I Was No Point In Re Complaining Atleast They Made A Attempt - Thought Pushed One N Failed Miserably

Today Ordered Food From Zomato .... Requested Again For Rice Crisp n Cucumber Salad Nothing Served .... abv Chilli Paneer - Your Cottage Cheese Not Fresh .... Fried Rice ... Rice Seem Not Washed Before Cooking .. If U Taste Right Now From Kitchen U will understand what I m stating.. no Flavours in Rice except boiled with boil veggies ......

All I realised that made me right this review ... if leaders won't make extra mile effort to get customers happy yr lower Staff won't do a bit n will rip off.

Past 3 months talking about defence colony culinary skill of preparation of food Is falling down ....

If face of yr organizations is such then such Brash experience force one to highlight that "culinary experience is peaceful n memorable not forceful"

Better change face of your organization n if it's yr policy ( though I ordered several times each time I recieved - but I dint I Asked inn n that was horrific Bunch Of No's ) for such small happy to go thing .

If small crunch .. can add smile n buy in loyalty n get happiness wont that be top in your policy or that Be stabbed under stubbornness by ur Defence Colony Managers

I have no doubt about the food quality and taste. Since I have been introduced to this restaurant I have visited and got food packed over 15 times in the last 2 months. But today I was horrified and I was embarrassed with the managers behaviour. I took out my family and ordering more than 10 dishes the manager agreed that he took the wrong order for one particular dish and he kept coming back saying that he showed us his phone before he confirmed the order. He was unpoetic about his behaviour and ego. He kept coming to my guest and ad tells me him that he could do a free desert and pointing at me that it was my mistake. My guest walked out of the restaurant with the kind of behaviour this order taker showed. He seemed a new fellow. But was totally all over while taking the order. Request the owner to see footage on CCTV and speak to other staff in the restaurant about his ego...

It used to be a go to place for me and my family members, whenever we visited the market, but in recent experience I ordered my usual for mother which is “wild mushroom bao” even after repeatedly confirming the waiter told us it was vegetarian he served us chicken bao. While I acknowledge that mistakes can be made but such a mistake in delhi, where vegetarianism is a whole belief and life system for some people. Shouldn’t be made at restaurants.
