Bad dining experience. Seven of us visited the fully empty restaurant for dinner and ordered food accordingly.
They didn't have the desired food we selected on the menu - no Mutton dish. They got our order wrong of Chicken soup and served us veg. We sent it back but they replaced it with another veg soup. The chicken in the starter platter felt chewy and stale. One could only eat it and hardly relish. They took at least 15 mins to serve another round of the rotis or even another lime soda. All this while, the waiters looked confused, took our orders again and again, showing clear miscommunication and lack of interest. Ultimately, the bill we paid was absolutely not worth it.

It’s the most pathetic staff ever met. The result of my failed meal and bad experience finding a decent place failed at URBAN PUNJAB KARKARDOOMA. The purple shirt person or shalll I call him a nation tried to teach me the hospitality. Trust me your choice of seating and anything would not be considered. Because that bald guy thinks that he owns everything and can direct customer where to sit or not.
