Today, I visited this restaurant located in karkadurma. They had a unique name anardana. The ambience there was pretty unique there were separate sections for different tables. The staff was really good. Had an introduction with chef Amitabh. We tried the following items: Fruit salad Kimchi salad Ricotta dahi kabab Chilli mushroom Malai soya chaap Pepperoni pizza Plain salted fries Paneer tikka Tai chi chicken Mutton seekh kabab Rara mutton Dal makhani Paneer tikka butter masala Rajasthani laal maas Butter naan Tandoori roti Dessert 1 Anardana special banoffee pie Halwa Drinks- Firstly talking about our salads, the fruit salad was really good. The fruits were of different variety and was freshly cut salad. The other salad which we ordered was kimchi salad, it was presented with lots of crispy noodles which gave us a unique taste. In starters, veg, we ordered dahi ke kabab they were really soft and tasted amazing. For mush room lovers the mushroom platter was really good it had varieties of mushroom. The best veg started was there malai soya chaap. It was really creamy and beautifully presented. In. Non vegetarian, the best was taichi chicken and pepperoni pizza, the Indian Chinese taste of taichi chicken was enhanced with hot spices, I loved it. There pepperoni pizza’s crust was really thin and the amount of pepperoni’s were ample. The mutton seekh was one of the best things here. They were filled with mutton juice and were really soft. Also, as usual everyone likes fries, they were perfectly cooked. In the main course, I loved the way they presented everything, I loved there Rajasthani laal maas and there rara mutton, they were drool worthy. Mutton was finely cooked and that Rajasthani laal maas gave a unique flavour of spices even though the food wasn’t spicy at all(the best part). In the desserts, we tried there special banoffee pie. It was filled with cheese and caramel. It was really sweet. Overall, they also specialise in drinks. I tried there drinks they were well presented and were tasty. Loved the restaurant. Amazing experience. Worth a visit. The service was a little bit slow could be fast 🥰 Recommended:...
Read moreThis restaurant is bit small for my liking but ambience was okish so it worked. Staff here was polite and helped us to get a table of our liking. Food preparation takes little longer here, especially mutton but don’t get me wrong it will worth the wait. Mocktails here are the tastiest mocktails i have ever tried. Every bar has cocktails menu but they serve nothing but disappointment and only take care of alcoholics but this place has vast variety of options. Mocktails we have tried
Now coming to main course and starters we tried basil pesto veg pasta, it was one of the best pasta that i’ve tried, but this pasta is not for spicy food lover, i loved the creamy texture and tastes quite balanced. My wife and sister in law didn’t liked it much because they love spicy food. I also love spicy food but it’s sauce or cream was at another level, so I will give this dish 4.5/5.
For mutton rogan josh they kept me waiting for half hours, but this tasty treat worth every minute you wait. It was cooked perfectly, no restaurant cooks mutton with this perfection. This type of perfection can only be achieved at home. The curry of mutton was perfection i never eat any curry using spoon but i ate all the curry alone, my wife got surprised when i ate whole curry. This was the best mutton of my life it only come second to my father’s recipe. I will...
