It was totally scam. We ordered 4 meal combos first and 3 later. First therewas 42%offer over 4 meals but was not given and when i complained i was told the bill is already made so nothing can be done. Few items were added which i never ordered and never confirmed and there bill shows no details. I had to scan the bar code to check what all is added coz total bill was not matching with my order. Found items which were not ordered but again billing was done and there manager assured me the mistake won't be repeated again. It can be checked in there promotion outside the shop that veg combo was 99rs and that was more cheaper than there in store offer. But when i ordered the same thing inside i was charged 189rs for that and other stuff which i didnot order and total was for normal bun tikki meal for 7 persons plus two upgrades for shake more than 1600rs. Still not sure what was the actual price the one which were given outside there store or the one which are at cashier counter or the one which he charged me. We were going to mac but found this on the way and thought of giving it try but i thought we were wrong. Read moreI recently ordered from Wendy's through Swiggy and tried their Bun Tikki Burger and Spicy Paneer Delight. Unfortunately, both of these offerings fell short of my expectations. The Bun Tikki Burger was below average in taste, and the Spicy Paneer Delight was also disappointing.
I must admit that I was not pleased with the overall experience. As someone who appreciates flavorful and well-prepared food, I had hoped for a more enjoyable dining experience with Wendy's. The flavors of the burgers did not meet my palate's preferences, and the quality seemed lacking.
However, I would like to acknowledge Chef Rahul's efforts and apologize for any dissatisfaction caused. I understand that taste preferences can vary, and it's possible that my experience may not reflect the norm. Despite my disappointment, I believe it is fair to give Wendy's a three-star rating ⭐️ as an acknowledgment of their efforts.

She was acting really really non-chalant and I don't think that such a prestigious company should hire such employs who don't know how to behave with their customers. The staff was acting rude just because we were confused about an offer and we were asking her some questions. Instead of guiding us , she was kind of taunting us. She shouted at my friend and told him to read the terms and conditions of the offer or either buy a expensive meal which as a student we couldn't afford.
