Wow! China — Restaurant in Delhi

Hello Wow China Kamla Nagar,

I am writing to express my strong disappointment and dissatisfaction with the service I received at your restaurant today. I ordered a vegetarian meal, which consisted of Veg Hakka Noodle with Veg Manchurian through Zomato on 18th April 2023. However, to my shock, the meal that was delivered to me contained chicken, which is a non-vegetarian item.

As a vegetarian, it is not only against my religious beliefs to consume meat, but it also goes against my ethical principles. I trusted Wow China Kamla Nagar to provide me with a vegetarian meal that I ordered, but unfortunately, my trust has been shattered.

This is not only a mistake but a severe lapse in your quality control process, and it is unacceptable. I had to discard the entire meal, and I felt disgusted by the thought of consuming something that goes against my values.

I demand an immediate explanation for this unacceptable incident and want to know what measures you will take to ensure this does not happen again. I also request a full refund of my meal, and I expect it to be processed quickly.

I hope you take this matter seriously and take swift action to prevent such incidents from happening again in the future. I expect a prompt response from you, and I hope this issue will be resolved...

I had ordered Chicken soup and Hakka Noodles, it was not upto the mark of Chinese food . quantity was too less noodles to tight and dry, Soup was with high salt and two two three chunks of Chicken.The response was very bad when we complained no body to response.Pathetic experience do not order food from wow china west delhi .I ordered from zomato got bad experience from zomato .Please think twice...

Ordered veg fried Rice and 2 pieces of Rasmalai ,from my son's mobile - 1 rasmalia was half eaten - it the pack was sealed. Most likely they recycle their uneaten left food by customers or this has been done intentionally. There is no option for attaching photos. I have to throw it away coz I can't bring...
