Wow! Momo — Restaurant in Delhi

Pretty average yet highly overpriced food. First around 3 pm no one was there to take orders, the guy at the counter told me I am new, and madam is not available, just when I was about to leave, the madam appeared. She was not interested at all in answering my questions regarding the food, and even after I ordered it took an eternity to get my order after I had asked about the status twice. The place was shabby with houseflies aplenty and I had to ask them to get rid of them, which they tried to do with that electric racket. The place had a feeling that no one had eaten there in a while. The food was just about ok, but considering the price, behaviour and experience I would rate it sub par. Very strange and ridiculous behavior from the personnel at counter. I visited them at 1.30 pm and placed a takeaway order for summer momomania @199 (2 units). She refused me saying that i can only order post 2 pm. Though there was not even a single customer ans ahe was sitting idle and talking on cellphone, she refused to fulfil my order. Why was she even opening the counter if she had to refuse a customer or they can make us understand how to postpone hunger. Update: when I returned at 2 pm, she said that since system isn't working she wouldn't be able to fulfil order. Why does a restaurant require a computer to serve? Highly unprofessional staff. . Went with my mother to the place and was judged by Mr Neeraj on the attire I was wearing and the moms served were cold and when I informed him about this.. He just reheated them by reducing 2 momos we have had.. It is not about the 2 moms but about the service he delivered.. He was least bothered about the customer service and the most amazing thing.. He made me pay the bill as soon the made the order.. This is the fist time something like this has happened with me as wow moms.

Maybe Mr Neeraj judged me because I was in my Pajama and slippers.. But all the want to say is these people should be stopped from discriminating the customers on bases of looks...
