Wow! Momo — Restaurant in Delhi

Good afternoon! My friend and I visited WOW MOMO today on October 17th and we ordered 2 meal with chicken and we showed that we want a burger with chicken, momo with chicken and Pepsi, I said we need a full meal and we also showed the price 100 in the image and we thought that after we eat, we pay 100 rupees for each total of 200 rupees, the seller who makes the orders did not explain to us that the meal includes only a burger and pepsi, as it turned out momo is a separate price, but they explained it to us when we had already eaten and the service staff asked to pay the bill was 614 rupees, the manager also did not help us solve this problem, did not want to listen and said to pay the full amount, he also said that a new seller is working in WOW MOMO, but this is not our problem that the seller did not explain to us correctly what is included in the meal and what will be the cost in the end, we showed a meal for 100 rupees on the image and clarified everything, but the seller did not explain that the price would be different, we did not expect that the price would be so expensive and we refused to buy to pay this price and paid only the amount that we thought and this is 200 rupees, we are very upset and will no longer...

Pathetic food, service and atmosphere. I was surprised to see while other WoW momo outlet in Delhi are outstanding this one in Malviya Nagar is worst than a road side momo stall, it seems abandoned and staff don’t care either.

1. I order tandoori paneer momo, accepted order after few minutes waiter comes back stating tandoor not functioning, switched to steamed chatpate momos.
2. The momos severed as worst it could be, out of freeze and steamed, making momo rough and hard on edges. On raising the concern waitress said even this is better basis the good efforts she made, else momo are more worst.
3. Order thukpa, soup spoon not available and basic plastic spoon provided, the taste was awful and he left it. I would advise all to skip this outlet and opt for road side momo stall which are much better and...

Pretty average yet highly overpriced food. First around 3 pm no one was there to take orders, the guy at the counter told me I am new, and madam is not available, just when I was about to leave, the madam appeared. She was not interested at all in answering my questions regarding the food, and even after I ordered it took an eternity to get my order after I had asked about the status twice. The place was shabby with houseflies aplenty and I had to ask them to get rid of them, which they tried to do with that electric racket. The place had a feeling that no one had eaten there in a while. The food was just about ok, but considering the price, behaviour and experience I would rate it sub par.
