Xero degrees rohini — Restaurant in Delhi

WORST EXPERIENCE ( overcharged and weren’t fully refunded remaining amount) I went there with my friend and ordered 3 items. The bill was came around 949 thats was totally high. We gave 2 500 rupee notes precisely. One of the staff girls took the bill and didn’t even come back with the balance that she should have. We waited for approx. 10 minutes but no one came so we left without asking for the balance. We did just one mistake we did not take the bill along with us ( hum leke bhi ni ja skte the because wo balance k sath he bill wapas aana tha ) We called the restaurant and explained the whole situation and the bill turned out to be ₹711 which means we were overcharged and we should be refunded. But the manager said he will check the recording and then he will proceed with the paying the balance. We agreed as it is to verify it is all true or not. And today he just refunded 150 and twisted the story saying he confirmed with his staff that we paid only 800 bucks. Idk how can 2 500 rupee notes magically turn into 800 rupees and how are 800 bucks even yo pay 949 rupees bill. But when I tried calling the manager again and asking for the rest of the amount he answered very rudely even blamed us about all the situation and hung up on us. Worst Experience, would never recommend to anyone. Went to Xero Degree today after looking at the Fries on Instagram. So, As soon as we entered Manager came to us asking Table for? So we said for 2. He acknowledged and asked us to go down to basement. Meanwhile we were asked by two more staff which is Okay. So we ordered Peri Peri Fires and Let the sun go up cooler. So we waited for 15mins for our order and then asked there staff how long will it take for our order. Wherein her response was I will check and later no one turned up atleast to inform. This happened twice. And, then a staff comes and asked us to move up on ground floor as they have group of 5 customers. Although the ground floor was vacant and they could have arranged for those customers there only. This was my first and last visit to Xero Degree. Thanks for nothing...

People who are rating this place 5 I think they haven't been to a good decent place. I'm giving 2 start only for a goody cheese fries Ok i ordered watermelon mint cooler, cheese fries, grilled chicken burger and alfrado pasta.

Cooler was decent an it lacked quantity if you compare to price they size was small. Cheese fires was nice like every other xero degree outlets Chicken girl burger it lacked everything it a small burger for the price of 260-70 Girll patty was cold from inside and undercooked, it lacked everything, that's why u should order burger from burger outlets, I visited this place for a good burger. Alfrado pasta :- taste was decent but quantity come on there was only one pasta to cover bottom of the serving bowl 🤣🤣🤣

They charge 10rs for one 200ml bottle of water.
