Zaffrann by Bros Kitchen 7 — Restaurant in Delhi

I recently shifted from North Delhi, the mecca for foodies, to South Delhi. For a while, I was starved for desi food. And I finally found it, a 10mins walk from home. This small, unassuming gem of a shop is heaven! I've had and ordered achari soya tikkas, malai soya tikkas (customised without garlic and onion for my Mum), shahi paneer, rotis, momos, soups, egg rolls, chicken tikka, butter chicken, chilly prawns, and all are amazingly wonderful. The owner, Mr. Aditya, maintains cleanliness, quality, and almost every dish is made from scratch. I'll give an example- egg rolls are made with wheat flour, not maida, with butter, not oil. Customised acc to my tastes. And costs about as much as I'd pay a bigger branded egg roll company for something way less healthy. It takes a bit of time, but well worth it.
