Hotel Nirvana Suites — Hotel in Jasola

NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY!

The most pathetic experience ever. It would be better to stay at a dharamshala instead of staying here so you do not have any expectations after spending your money. I wonder why hotels like these are even listed on goibibo/MMT etc.

Had to change my room thrice due to various reasons.

Rooms very shabby as compared to what is shown in photos by the property. Poorly lit, unclean rooms with all sorts of smells- food, cigarette. Says rooms are non-smoking but cigarette butt was present in a corner of my room for 1 whole day before i could find out the source of smell. Bedding is not changed after the previous guest checks out. Some rooms have tables and chairs while some do not.

AC might not work at all or may not cool- no remotes to adjust the temperature.

Bathroom might run out of water anytime. Sinks are broken and without pipes so that the dirty water flows through the whole bathroom to reach the drain.

Room service very slow- small menu with most of the items unavailable. No complimentary tea/coffee sachets. Kettle, if present, might not work too. Tea/ coffee served in...

The Rooms are Good, Spacious,Clean & Hygienic at a very Affordable Price. But the Services are Pathetic. Even if you are out for 4-5 hours with keys handed over to reception for cleaning still room remains uncleaned. U have to continuously remind them for even the smallest services. Restaurant service & quality is very very very poor. U have to order atleast 1 hr in advance to get ur Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner & even then u can expect an uncooked food from the restaurant. Then they will offer you the most pathetic & easily available menu. All together it's just okay if you want to stay for a day or two. Never go there with a patient as you will not get any services pertaining to patient. Living style mall is nearby at walking distance so you can have your meals there at the same price or even cheaper than what is being offered by the hotel restaurant with a better...

Amazing stay and amazing hospitality by the people and staff here at nirvana suites. The stay was amazing and the staff here are soo helpful and polite and caring . They made sure thst me and my friend were extremely comfortable with the stay and provided us with everything that we needed . Infact our trains were late n since we had to check out by 12 they still guarded our luggage for the entire day till we did our shopping and when we came back to collect our luggage they even gave us a spare room to freshen up and change before we head for our trains . The food here is also amazing and delicious we just loved it . The breakfast served was really good . I would highly recommend this place to anyone planning to stay near jasola or has any work near the area . I will definitely visit here again...
