Most Pathetic branch of Domino's who are spoiling the brand name. Domino's should actually be doing an audit on these guys as they are eating customers money and trust with full royalty. This branch has cheated on my money not once or twice but thrice and enforced me to take this action. Initially on returning their wrong order the amount was within 200 and even after multiple follow ups never got my money or even in my wallet. This time in July again on 10th they delivered wrong order as they didn't have the one we wanted and took their own call as they had huge customer volume and didn't bother to call and check with us. We had to accept the incorrect pizza twice that day as we had birthday party and didn't want to spoil the mood. Again after 2 days we got wrong chicken starter as they didn't have the one we ordered in stock and neither checked with us. They promised to refund the money as we returned the order and supervisor ms vrushali committed but later stopped taking my call and no refund even after 1 month. Joke of the day the supervisor from escalating team made big promises and absconded. Close this branch with immediate effect and need a compensation for wrong commitment and mental torture. Worst delivery experience, I ordered a large and a medium sized pizza at 7.23 pm on Sep 29th, i received the standard sms from Dominos side confirming my order and the delivery tracking details by 7.36 pm So i was expecting to receive my order atleast by 8pm max, however even post 8.10 pm there was no sign of the delivery boy. when i called up the delivery boy asking for an update, he mentioned that he is stuck in traffic, in order to cross check if there was indeed traffic on that route, i did a check in google maps and it showed the expected time only as 10 mins, this gave me a clear indication that the delivery boy was lying to me. MY order was finally delivered only by 8:40 pm which was very late, when I reasoned with the delivery boy , he accepted that they are short of staff and delivering to mutiple customers in one ride. This is very unprofessional attitude from Dominos side, I did not expect this, this is the the last time I am ordering from Dominos, there are plenty of better...

Total Fraud store!!!

I had ordered tacos along with choco lava cake, but they informed me that tacos were unavailable. They asked me to either cancel my order or choose a pizza instead. I told them it was their responsibility to provide me with an alternative without any extra cost, but they refused. Reluctantly, I agreed to pay the extra amount and requested a Farmhouse pizza with cheesy makhni sauce. However, they said that sauce was only available with Indi Chicken Tikka pizza. Since the store was about to close, I had no choice but to agree.

Even after all this, they delivered the pizza an hour late, and no one answered my calls when I tried to contact them. Frustrated, I left a bad rating on the Domino’s app. Shockingly, the delivery person called me and started arguing about why I gave a poor rating. Can you believe this?
