My decision to order from Family Tree was influenced by the significant hype surrounding the restaurant. With high expectations, I anticipated a culinary delight that would live up to the restaurant's reputed name. However, the reality was far from the anticipated experience. The online ordering process itself was smooth, contributing to my initial optimism. Yet, as the food arrived and the flaws in taste and presentation became apparent, it became clear that the restaurant's online reputation did not align with the actual dining experience. The taste of the food was quite disappointing – the nachos, intended to be crispy, resembled khakra instead. The red sauce pasta was overly tangy, and the stir-fried veggies were soaked in excessive oil, leaving a greasy aftertaste. Adding to the letdown, the pizza arrived cold, and the discrepancy between the large pizza box and the small, shattered pizza inside was noticeable. This not only affected the presentation but also raised concerns about the restaurant's attention to quality and delivery standards. Perhaps one of the most disheartening aspects was the portion sizes. Spending Rs600/- on a meal that not only failed to satisfy taste preferences but also left me hungry due to inadequate quantities is particularly disheartening. This lack of value for money significantly impacted the overall eating experience. To compound matters, the rice dish also suffered from an overwhelming tanginess, highlighting a consistency issue across multiple dishes. Such lapses in attention to detail suggest a need for improvement in the kitchen, impacting the overall quality of the dining experience. It's important to note that this disappointing experience occurred despite the restaurant's considerable online hype. Ordering with the expectation of a culinary delight, I was left questioning the alignment between the restaurant's reputation and the actual dining experience. In light of this, I hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously, addressing the highlighted issues to ensure a more positive dining experience for future patrons.

My recent dining experience at Family Tree nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, each dish was a delightful journey of flavors and textures. To begin, I savored the Broccoli Almond Soup. It was a velvety, creamy concoction with a subtle nuttiness from the almonds that elevated the familiar broccoli taste. The soup was perfectly seasoned and left me craving more. The Hummus and Pita Bread served as an excellent appetizer. The hummus was creamy and had a delightful blend of tahini, lemon, and garlic. Paired with warm, fluffy pita bread, it was a delightful way to start the meal. For the main course, I had the Paneer Lawabdar and Veg Maratha. The Paneer Lawabdar was a true standout, with succulent pieces of paneer in a rich, tomato-based gravy. The flavors were bold and indulgent, and the dish paired perfectly with the fragrant, fluffy Veg Maratha, which was a medley of vegetables cooked to perfection in aromatic spices. To cap off this culinary journey, I enjoyed a heavenly Tiramisu for dessert. It was the perfect balance of coffee-soaked ladyfingers, creamy mascarpone, and a dusting of cocoa. Each bite was a symphony of flavors and a sweet conclusion to an unforgettable meal. In summary, Family Tree impressed me with its exquisite menu and impeccable execution. The Broccoli Almond Soup, Hummus and Pita Bread, Paneer Lawabdar, Veg Maratha, and Tiramisu were all outstanding dishes that showcased the restaurant's commitment to quality and flavor. I look forward to returning to savor these culinary delights once again.

Really Very Bad Experience. We went for family dinner we wait for table 45min that’s totally I can understand you guys was busy but after getting table we wait for food at least 50min which was very disappointing. We order basic food 2 Sabji and Roti and some mock-tails. But the thing is I was keep asking waiter where is my mock-tails for 2 3 times and later he brought wrong mock-tails and kept on table. Because server doesn’t have menu knowledge. i was keep asking captain where is my food he was keep telling me it will came in 15min, same answer he gave me 3times. And when finally I receive my food i saw that my food was got dark from upper side of gravy it means food was ready from long time in kitchen and have a look kulcha it was burn. I ask server to change he said “Sir kulcha Aise he hota hai” I was very disappointed with his answer. And all family got mood off and had little bit food and left from hotel. And I really appreciate bartenders they make great mock-tails.

One of the best Vegetarian Restaurants in Dombivali, it's new it's happening and has beautiful ambience, staff knows the menu very well and suggest dishes and I just loved their mocktails. Quite spacious, had to wait for sometime, but totally worth it. They have valet parking so not to worry. It's just on the crossroads behind pendharkar college so easy to spot. Their waiting area is also huge and we just loved the aesthetics. Coming to food, we had Peking Soup which was made just right. Burrito was yumm and Lasagne was good too. Will certainly recommend for a family dinner, it's easy on pocket too

Had been here with my family for dinner. Really good setup, although I wish the place was a bit larger than what they have, it looks a little squished. The Food has to be the reason why you would visit this place for the second time. Ambience is really good and they have tried to make it as experiential as possible. Service isn't great though, especially during peak times - it takes Atleast 30 mina to get in, takes 15-20 mins for every dish to arrive. This is something they should think of improving.

Family Tree Restaurant: Highly recommended for their quality food, affordability, and generous portions. Their Italian Sizzler is a must-try, featuring rice, nachos, red sauce pasta, half pizza, salsa, and veggies. The Mexican Platter with Saslik Panner is also delicious. Friendly atmosphere and attentive service make it a great choice for any occasion. Don't leave without trying their homemade desserts! Quality 4/5 Quantity 4/5 Ambiance 5/5 Cost 4/5 Parking is not inhouse wheelchair is not available
