Me n my son got seat and we ordered food, food was about to serve and mr nadeem came and said pls get up n wait for another table as this table he wants to join another table so he was giving order me to move from that place and wait. I was sitting in that table for more than 5 mints n he haven't seen till time that was surprised me. And then he started argument when I started giving ans on his question. Management should arrange training to hotel staff specially those are dealing with customer face to face and mr nadeem doesn't know how to speak to customer or request them. Arrogantly he said "go n gv my complaint to management my name is nadeem , I dnt care"

Dwarka management I born n brought up at dombivli west (im 41years now)and your old place hotel staff always be have politely. New staff n new place seems not suitable for me atleast.

Extremely Disappointed with the Service and Food Quality

I strongly advise against ordering food from this place. We recently ordered sabji, and what we received was clearly stale and spoiled—it had a foul odor and was completely inedible.

To make matters worse, the restaurant didn’t even have the courtesy to answer our calls or apologize for the issue. This shows a complete lack of respect and care for customers.

There was a time when this place maintained good quality, but unfortunately, that’s no longer the case. Now, they’re compromising customer health by serving old food. If a customer gets food poisoning, who will take responsibility?
