Burger Singh — Restaurant in Dwarka

Burger Singh does not have a dine in option in Dwarka. I ordered 6 burgers last Sunday, 3 veggies and 3 chicken. But they sent me 4 veggies and 2 chicken. When I spoke to customer service, they said they sent me 3 chicken and 4 veggies.but maybe the delivery man from Uber did not deliver. When I asked them the reason for sending 4 veggies burgers when I ordered 3, I was told that was complimentary on first order. The second time, I ordered from Burger Singh through Uber eats was on Tuesday when I ordered 4 American chicken burgers. After waiting for more than an hour, I called Uber eats only to be told that my order was damaged so was failed. I decided to visit the Burger King kitchen in Sector 4. This was not in the main market it is an unfrequented and out of way building where no one goes after dark. When I reached this hard to find outlet, I found delivery boys physically fighting with the kitchen staff of Burger King. Apparently it was due to a delayed order. I didn't spend a lot of time there but I was there long enough to see that the place was not managed properly and the food was being prepared in the most unhygienic conditions. Today first time I placed a order of a burger but got very cold food. Today second time again dated 26/1/2019 I placed a order of BBQ Chicken wings but again food was very cold and taste was very bad that is why I m giving single Star again. Today (24/2/19) third time I ordered a burger from burger Singh (chicken United States of Punjab burger) but again food was very cold and quality was very poor, not worth for money. I will never place my next order from burger singh in future. So you do not spoil your money on burger Singh. I ordered three times but every time I got cold food with bad quality and bad taste. I ordered from Burger Singh, Sector 4, Dwarka — Junior Urta Punjab Cheese Burger (with 1+1 offer) and a Veg Snacker Burger. The 1+1 offer was clearly shown, but I only received one burger instead of two.

When I raised this with Swiggy, they simply said “We are not responsible” and stopped responding. When I contacted Burger Singh, they also said “We are not responsible” and blamed Swiggy.

So the question is — who is actually responsible? As a customer, it’s really disappointing to see both parties blaming each other instead of solving the problem. I paid for what was promised, but neither Swiggy nor Burger Singh took accountability for the mistake. This experience makes me think twice before...
