choosing this place for a cosy comfy dinner date is One of the most pathetic decision i ever made in my life such bad experiences ever that will never be going to the place again and donot recommend my friends and family and any such acquaintance to look for this place with such poor customer service, deaf waiters, serving uncooked food, pays no heed when you ask them to get it replaced, even when we have made complaint to the floor manager, he was on his phone and asked him that it was poor instead of mending he said okay, when i said fine i will have this reviewed over Instagram and google, his epic response was OKAY.

Cocktail: ORDERED LIIT- which just tasted coke and lemon in it with no such traces of alcohol, when asking it was made the same way. I mean, why would i pay 400 rs for a coke with lemon, instead asked for a mojito.

Food: Secondly I ordered chicken tikka and expected it to be cooked and hot. All put on hold and is served cold and uncooked..when asking to be replaced, he(the waiter) put all the pieces back to the tray and served the same again after 5 mins that was more cold than earlier.

Music: The music,. It was as pathetic as i had an experience here..1 customer biased, keeps on playing one track for some heartbreaking souls.. come on we didn't come here for that kind of experience but to chill.

Seating: Also on asking We asked for bill clearing at the very moment but it took them 20 minutes to have that cleared..the floor manager in blue shirt didnt pay any heed and was continuously on phone. it was a complete no show Washroom: On asking twice the washroom has no water, noone paid any heed and i was tr for an hour..i checked it twice in that time but no water. Finally i had to use my own sanitizer to clean my hands.

Overall experience is 0/10. The plus point is we used the app for payment and didn't get much damage to the pocket. Poor customer service, they dont give you the tent seats saying its reserved. I heard the similar from someone earlier or maybe read in one of the reviews and yet it happened to me this time. Such a complete TIME WASTE MONEY WASTE RESTOBAR.

I am raising an ALERT WARNING to PEOPLE to not to choose this place. A complete No show.

And People, there are many other party places in the nearby vicinity then SKYROUTE..Route yourself to a pleasant experience then for such a pathetic and awful experience . Such bad behaviour is not at all acceptable.

Went there today for the first time but like they say that first impression is the last impression, and here the first impression was just not good or would sumply like to put it as pathetic!! The terrace is no doubt a lovely place, great ambience and some great live music!! But here who messed it up was the staff!! The manager has simply no managerial qualities at all!! We walked in and there was no space!! The manager had no clue how to address this situation!! I asked him the time we would have to wait so that mayb we could walk in a little later as standing there seemed quite odd for two girls, me and my friend!! He asked us for 5 minutes so that he could confirm us the same!! He asked for 5 minutes and didn’t return for 25 minutes!! On asking the waiter about him and explaining the situation, they seemed least bothered!! On finally getting hold of the manager he said that i was discussing the same with the guests and need more time! By the time more people started walking in!! My point here is that there was no waiting list as to who walked in first and secondly the manager was absolutely clueless!! We waited there for half an hour but he could not confirm us the waiting time!! The people seemed quite settled and absolutely not in a plan to leave before an hour or so!! The manager finally went down and when he didnt come back for ten minutes we went chasing him!! I told him exactly what i have written and informed that we are leaving!! To my surprise he didnt react and was least interested if we stayed or left!!! I do understand that you have to cater to a lot of crowd but that does not mean that some people go unattented!!Its easy to open up a place like this but to sustain the reputation is what counts, by taking care of the guests! Its embarrasing if you take along friends saying its a lovely place and then encounter such an experience! Not...

A visit to one of the most ravishing places in Dwarka saw me and my friends enchanted by the Decor and the ambience this place enthralls. The vestibule is nicely set up with wallpapers and small potlings that beautify the place, we sat one the couch which was very comfortable and ordered for some beers along with some delectable snacks. The food here is palatable and the quantity is also good enough, one must surely try the succulent non veg starters. The lightings create a great atmosphere and gives a rich look to the place, and to add on there is a foosball table where a bunch of friends can enjoy a game while chugging their drinks 😇 For a smoke or two one can head upstairs to the terrace and enjoy the open air with small mesmerizing view of Dwarka sector 4 and nearby, although I won't recommend the terrace for summers as it is quite hot outside, but an evening dinner date would be a perfect amalgamation of great ambience and romance. The staff here is quick and courteous, Mr. Kuldeep who happened to be our waiter was very nicely communicating with us and got our orders on time. We had some cocktails at the end of our day and some desserts to finish it off, which were both filled with awesomeness. The courtesy of the staff has found a special place in my heart and I would rate this experience as one of my best. Would be surely visiting them soon in the coming future.
