Serving decent food, this place is gives you an option to satisfy your hunger with quick bites. The place has arranged a small seating area for its customers in front of the outlet.
One fine night i had ordered food from this Outlet and i still remember the horrific experience. My order was 15mins late than the usual expected time of delivery. Taken that aside, i grabbed hold of my order as soon as the delivery guy came & did all the preparations before consuming the food. On opening i got another surprise from the Outlet that my Badam Milk wasnt there in the packaging. I kept calling the restaurant and after 3rd or 4th time they answered my call just to tell me that the delivery guy has forgot the Badam Milk, then i called the delivery guy he said i M on way to deliver another Order i cNt get it for you.
Now the Outlet will easily respond that the delivery is done by ZOMATO we are not responsible for it but my concern is why are you not responsible for it. Its your Product and your Collaboration with Zomato, then why isnt it your responsibility to get the Food Delivered. If we go as per this Logic any Big Brand selling there Products on various other Stores like Vijay sales, Croma should not take responsibility of their Products and warranty should also be given by Croma and Vijay Sales only right.
At the very end the restaurant guy told me just this that its not his fault that the delivery guy forgot the Order. At last my Badam Milk came but at 11PM, 1.30 hours after i was scheduled to get my order. Pathetic experience at this place. Dont ever Order from here.
I had ordered Tawa chaap with Rumali, it tasted Spicy. Seemed good while consuming. Afghani Chicken was decent too but due to a Bad delivery experience the overall experience went for a toss.

The food itself was just okay—not bad, but nothing exceptional either. However, what really stood out in a negative way was the cleanliness and ambiance. The kitchen area was visibly dirty, which immediately raised concerns about hygiene. The seating area also left much to be desired, with outdated furniture and a lack of attention to comfort.
One of the most frustrating parts of the visit was the lack of customer care. It felt like the restaurant is more focused on making money than providing a good experience. At one point, while we were eating, someone came in trying to sell balloons and other items, and the staff didn't even bother to ask them to leave. It was disruptive and definitely not something you expect when you go out to enjoy a meal.
