Karim's Restaurant — Restaurant in Dwarka

I’ll never forget the day I decided to order Biryani from Karim’s Restaurant in Vegas.

We had gone to Vegas to meet a friend, but since he didn’t have much time to spare, we agreed to grab something quick from the food court. While everyone else headed to the Haldiram’s section and started browsing the menu, my craving for Biryani — which I had been holding onto for a long time — grew stronger.

And then, as if by fate, I spotted Karim’s Restaurant right next to Haldiram’s. Without a second thought, I decided to go for it — Biryani for myself and some Chicken Barra for my wife.

Guys, you can see the pictures, the food, and even the bill — at first glance, everything looked great, and I was genuinely excited. But the moment I took my first spoonful… my excitement vanished. It didn’t taste like Biryani at all — it felt more like plain Mutton Curry mixed with rice. While the mutton pieces were well-cooked, the flavors were a huge letdown. As for the Chicken Barra, considering the price we paid, the portion size and quality were far from impressive.

Honestly, I would strongly advise against ordering Biryani or Chicken Barra from Karim’s in Vegas. It’s just...

Hearing so much praise and popularity of Karim's,we today went for lunch at Karim's dwarka, hence was deeply deeply saddened , disappointed and regretful for this lunch decision. I never have eaten in my life such a horrible briyani which is just simple yellow rice mixed with chicken pieces. There was no briyani taste and no briyani masala. They charged approx rs 800 approx for this briyani which is actually worth of RS 100. Considering it is a mughlai restaurant, the briyani should have authentic taste but it is worst than roadside cheap briyani. When we gave feedback to the boy delivering the briyani tomour table, it seems it doesn't even matter to him to hear customer feedbacks. Poor service and full of customer dissatisfaction.

Although we do ordered mutton kebabs which was still average, hence our total bill was 1240 but considering price, the quality and quantity is a disappointment. The ambience also is not that great, looks like a simple...

On 8th I ordered Daal Makhani through Zomato from this outlet.However,  on seeing what was sent, everyone at home was not only shocked but also felt ashamed before guests . It looked like their franchise / outlet just sent almost coloured water with no chuncks of lentis (daal). They took advantage of customer and his money. Ethically they should have refused that the Daal is not there, but they choose to collect notes. Now whenever we think of ordering daal from any place, horrible quality and service of this outlet comes to our mind. We also raised issue with company too but they didn't do anything to sustain their brand quality. Since then we have enjoyed better tastes from Dana Choga and Singh Sahib restaurants locallt. Both's Daal Mkhani was very yummy and worth it's price. I don't thik we would ever order Dal Makhaani from Karim's, Vegas Mall outlet in future. ...
