Swamy Dosa, Dwarka — Restaurant in Dwarka

A smalll South Indian outlet in Sec 5 Dwarka. They are available on Zomato. We had ordered them from once before but there was lot of confusion and they delayed our order so much so that we had to go to pick it up. Tried their idli sambhar plate which is decent. Idlis were soft but sambhar wasn’t that good and was spicy. The coconut chutney had a little watery consistency. Red chutney was spicy. Had mix vegetable uttapam. They add carrot, onion and beans. They seem to have reduced its size. Uttapam wasn’t tasty. Idlis were better. An idli plate with 2 idlis is Rs 70 and just idlis without sambhar is Rs 60 for 2 idlis. Uttapam is for Rs 100. 5 rating for food and 3 rating for ambience. We were looking for some nearby South Indian restaurants in Dwarka. Found Swamy dosa with good ratings. When we reached near the location we were confused on where the restaurant is and then someone guided us to the entry…. The restaurant is pretty small and not in a very lively place. However the food here is exceptional and authentic South Indian. I loved the onion masala dosa, the filter coffee was too good. A messy place with unhygienic conditions. It's on the back of the market.. and all cooking is done in open. You have company of street dogs while you order or pay the bill.

The owner seems not aware of something called "Pest control". You can easily spot Cockroaches crawling on the table and on plates and cutlery.

They supply for online delivery too.. and thats most unhygienic way of packing conditions and envirno.....

A suggestion to the owner....... Please please inprove the hygiene.... Customers may dump you if the conditions...
