Worst experience, I was regular customer of biryani blue Lucknowi chicken biryani, on 11 dec 22 at evening approx 8 pm …I ordered 2 Lucknowi biryani , order number #3630 ordered by Zomato .. this time when order came both boxes of biryani was having 1 piece of chicken each that too very small piece like 2 inch …. I called to biryani blue customer care and complaint and then they have connected me to outlet from where the order came that is dwarka sector 5 delhi …. The person who was talking to me from the outlet was reacting like nothing happened it’s normal … just saying we usually add 3 pieces …. After 10 min discussion with him I realise it’s useless to complaint … even I asked them that they have my order number just check by cameras if packing person has added 3 pieces …. But they were not listening … finally I gave up and decided never to buy again from...

Please do not visit briyani blues if you really value your money. They served only a spoon full of haleem and charged 261 for this, whereas the bill that i received on zomato was just 229 for this dish. On top of that the food was not at all tasty and I could not even eat it. If I talk about hospitality of this brand, then did not serve green chutney or salt or pepper salt on table with salad and when I requested for it they simply denied to serve.

If this is called the service where we pay extra GST that is called luxury tax then this service we can get on any road side briyani stall and trust me they can server much better food than this big brand.

I will surely never visit again Briyani Blues again and I recommend you all not to visit Briyani Blues to waste your money and...

As this covid pandemic is going on eating outside food is a great task in terms of finding an outlet following all the safety precautions, but Biryani blues and Zomato assures that this outlet is following all the necessary safety precautions very well like Well sanitized kitchen, proper rider hand wash and thermal screening, employees wearing mask and gloves, pre and post hand sanitization of delivery boy and contact less delivery also.

Now let's talk about food as we all love biryani and when I want to have biryani I always order from biryani blues and after almost three months it was like the same taste and flavours were delivered as it was earlier.
