Disappointing Experience at Kandy Restaurant I recently visited the Kandy restaurant with high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience was a letdown. The service was pathetic, with our server seemingly uninterested in attending to our needs.

Food Quality and Quantity The food was just okay, nothing exceptional. We ordered the full butter chicken and a daal dish, but the quantities were woefully inadequate for two people. It seemed like they were serving solo portions, not meant for sharing.

Room for Improvement Overall, I'd give Kandy restaurant 1 stars out of 5. While the food wasn't terrible, the poor service and inadequate quantities were major turn-offs. If they can work on improving these aspects, maybe they'll be able to provide a better dining experience.

Visited this cafe for the 1st time. Spacious cafe on the 4th floor in Sec 5. They have both inside and outside seating. Ordered for a pesto sauce green pizza. The one that arrived was uncooked. Base wasn’t cooked and no taste of pesto. On complaining they took it back na got us a different one. The next one was better but was bland. We were informed that the chef forgot to preheat the oven! Of all things to do! How can the chef be doing this! Missing on a basic thing! Then we had cold coffee. Nd while ordering requested 3-4 times to make using a cafe decoction and not powder. The server confirmed it will be done but what arrived was a bad coffee with bare minimum coffee taste and that too made with coffee powder. Server asked the bartender but the bartender refused to use decoction and the server ddnt bother to inform. Cappuccino was also not good. No coffee flavour. Overall poor service poor food.
