🔸 Cilantro's Global Cuisine Restaurant - a hidden gem in kudasan Gandhinagar. 🔸A perfect place to enjoy food in quite place, chill out with friends, or can be a perfect date place too. 🔸The interior would make you to say wow as it is decorated with natural wood elements and with a touch of nature greenery. 🪴🌴 🔸The software they use for taking orders is very comfortable and smooth. You can even pay on the platform you order. 🔸This is the best if you want to work or just chill solo. 🔸Staff was very humble, nice washrooms, and with ample sitting space. 🔸So now coming to the food, i had the following

Drinks/Beverages 🔸We ordered 2 type of Mojito. 🔸1. Mint Mojito for kid - A perfect Summer essential drink. Served chilled with balanced taste of mint. Must have. 🔸2. Green chilli margaretta is for us - This was really awesome with a string aroma of chilly. It is a fun twist on the classic mojito. Must try if you love chilly.

Starters 🔸 Soya chap - Cheesy crunchy pasta made with perfection. Soul satisfying. The chip were topped with spicy salsa, baked kidney beans and full of cheese. Had their soya with withe sauce! Was absolutely tasty.

Mains 🔸The first thing we ordered there was Soups which was served with lots of fresh vegetables and was also excellent in taste. 🔸1. Cheesy paneer sabji- We love a one-pot meal and this one delivers both ease and flavor. This full of cheese gets plenty of protein from black beans, and a big boost of flavor from the chili powder and cumin. In fact, you should be able to find most of the ingredients in your pantry. The quantity was enough for a 3 person person. 🔸Along with that we also ordered a plain roti and cheese naan which was quite yummy. And looked very nice. 🔸We also ordered Masala Papad there which was made with lots of fresh vegetables.

*What's different 🔸I really liked this theme. 🔸We really enjoyed it very much. 🔸 I would absolutely say that you should also take your children and family. Everyone will have a lot of fun. 🔸The place is spread across 2 levels with an AC & NON-AC option. After a lot of research, finally settled on this place to celebrate my wife's birthday as a date.

TL. DR. Worth visiting once, as a couple/friends/family, mostly for the ambience and vibe, possibly on a weekday evening (less crowd). Food does not meet expectations.

Now, the details: Ambience: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Vibe: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Service: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Food: ⭐⭐

Ambience: (refer to rooftop) Well planned, good view, coolers operational. Overall a nice rooftop joint. Photogenic place.

Vibe: Peaceful, private, secluded. Less noisy, focused. Couples and friends can enjoy own company without interruption.

Service: Highly attentive staff. Welcoming and smile-face. Though not the best in recommending dishes. More humane, less smart.

Food: Whoever is going head over heels for the food here is either doing paid promotion or does not know what gourmet should taste like. Don't go just by photos. We also loved the preparation, but eating with eyes ain't enough.

Our order: Pina Colada: ⭐⭐⭐ Why restaurants think jacking up a drink with tons of sugar will make up for lack of flavour and depth, is beyond my comprehension.

Aranchini Verde ⭐⭐⭐ Nice effort, ruined by undercooked, chewy rice filling. Limited flavors. Hardly any taste in the arancini ball if ate without the surrounding gravy.

Manchurian Dry ⭐⭐ Thought this would be a safe bet, though we were horribly wrong. Over-fried, tasteless. What a mistake ordering it.

Sushi ⭐ Sheer disappointment. We went on a weekday when nobody else had showed up yet, giving the cooks all the time in the world, and yet received completely uncooked sushi. Ruined it for us.

Gulabjamun + Vanilla ⭐⭐⭐ Typical stuff, nothing remarkable. Vanilla icecream hardly had any vanilla flavor.

Overall experience, ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ambience and vibes saved the evening.

P.s. we have been to some of the best food joints in the world and this was far from it....
