Burger King — Restaurant in Ghaziabad

Have been a regular food with the Burger King but last night experience was worst than ever,I ordered 6burgers from Burger King via Zomato around 8pm in night and waited almost more than one hour and continuously received msgs that my order is on the way,kindly wait and bear with us bla bla....then I left my premises around 9:30pm almost waiting for more than one and half hour for my order,than at 9:45pm I received a call from Burger King rdc Ghaziabad apologizing that they haven't even noticed the zomato order and my order hasn't been placed.Is this the way process going on with the food partner,the customer is waiting to get the order delivered but the order has not been noticed and processed at all,wasting customers time and money.how come your bpo people tried telling me all the time that the delivery boy is on the way and will deliver in 10 mins if the order has not been placed at all.Dont you maintain the communication with all your food partner and employees?This worst experience does not allow me to continue with the services of Burger King at all of which I was a...

I'm going to burger king RDC from last 3 years and was satisfied with their food and service but since last 1 year i'm dissatisfied with their service and food. They are misleading customers through their advertisement -

The float they mentioned is 300ml but actually they are providing 250-260ml including ice and not only this the servants are also cheating with you sometimes they agree to provide float without ice and sometimes they decline to remove ice , what is going on are you cheating with customers .

The 2 crispy veg burgers are also not worth to their value the mayo you used is extremely less

Burger king ( delhi- kashmiri gate) provides much better than you nor they dont argue for removing ice and also providing float at top of the cup. Provide good amount of mayo in burgers.

Overall my experience in burger king ( RDC ghz.) Is worst so please work on it otherwise you will loose...

Hi, I ordered food from your Burger-king store at RDC/GZB through burger king app. And the order was incomplete just 04 burgers instead of 05 burgers and when i spoke toe RDC store employee named Ravipal as told by him, he refused to help and asked for fresh order and said he will deliver the missing order with the same but will not send missing item without order this seems pathetic behaviour. They people made mistakes and cheated money instead of refund. Moreover, when i asked them to connect with store manager they disconnected my call and avoid picking up my calls. This is pathetic and burger king does not have customer care number you have to escalate your issue on email which is un-professional, you must have a contact number so that store cant behave like this and ruin...
