KFC — Restaurant in Ghaziabad

Worst experience ordering through this KFC store... The manager Vikas is super rude and has no sense to talk to ladies.. We ordered and they sent incomplete order . When we asked them to resend, they refused saying they don't have riders which is so ridiculous on their side even though we were ready to wait.. Think logically KFC, how do you expect us to sleep with Half Stomach??? Moreover, he also said that Zomato is responsible for this and we should deal with them.. I mean how for their goof-up, a rider from Zomato or Zomato is responsible?

When we connected with Zomato, they said that restaurant claims that they have sent the full order... Now this is where the loop is and these people are taking advantages of it.

The least we expect is people showing courtesy while talking but Mr. Vikas has no sense of his roles and responsibilities and looks least bothered about KFC Image as he said, Go Give 0 star on Google... Hats off to employees that's...

Honestly, My delivery was very very bad. I ordered from the KFC app, Initially the fried chicken tasted good but later after eating 2 pieces, I shockingly found the rest of the chicken to be dry and some were even bloody raw. We weren't given the dip that we ordered all we got was ketchup even though we clearly denied it. The fries and rice were decent, Nothing wrong with that. The smoking leg piece however tasted slightly good but smelled odd. When contacted with the customer service they didn't respond for over a week.

Yeah, Even I didn't believe that. I forgot after some days, but suddenly recieved a call apologizing for their services and will improve. Slow service. The taste could definitely be improved however as things stand I am not satisfied and hence 2 stars for food is pretty...

I ordered two buckets from kfc app for my birthday party at 8:25pm and they don’t have cash on delivery, it was expected to deliver at 9:25pm but neither the order came nor any of the number like store number customer care no is approachable, i got frustrated and I received a call at 2:24 night that i need to cancel the order so please provide me the otp, they are from ola food delivery. I didn’t provide any otp to them and next day after trying 18th time somebody has picked the call from kfc and he said the order is cancelled and will be refunded to the account. They hardly bother for the inconvenience to the customer or the goodwill of the company. I have deleted the app permanently and make the mind that kfc is no more. The most pathetic customer service i have seen in last 5 years....
