I ordered GRILLED WINGS SIGNATURE GARLIC from DOMINO'S RDC GZB OUTLET about 1 month ago. Immediately I received a call from Mr Atul Sharma that this item is not available .Order was cancelled and money was refunded.

Some 15 days ago same order was placed and got in time.

Yesterday on 15/03/2025 I again ordered the same but I again received a call from Mr Rajveer that said item is not available and with my consent I got CHICKEN POPS Alternatively. I asked the guy and he replied Sir " peechay se company mein shortage ki vajah se nahin milen hein." When there is always shortage then why Company is asking for the ONLINE orders . In my view the Said item should be restricted in the APP while ordering online. MOREOVER there is BUG in DOMINO'S APP. It is not opening properly. I think management should look...

on 16th January, I ordered Dinner for the whole family And delivered pizzas are delivered without the hotbox. They were kept, only in the bag in such a cold winter season order worth Rs.1939 was delivered in crushed boxes because of absence of the rear box, the rider kept the pizza bag on the petrol tank of the bike, and Absolute cold to eat. Would like to share my experience today in regards to Domino’s taking advantage of COVID19 situation and cheating their valuable customers. I ordered pizzas for dinner with a good amount of bill of 697/-. While placing the order there was a promo code CHESEE100 which never worked while submitting the order. Also the order was placed taking almost an hour and it was not covered under 30 minutes or free policy as these days the cheater Domino’s is taking advantage of earning money without providing proper services taking advantage of CONVID19 situation.
