Read moreI ordered a thin crust mexican greenwave from them. Firstly, they informed me that they will take 2 hours for the delivery as it was Diwali. I understood and patiently waited for the pizza to come, however, when it reached me after 2 hours at 11 PM, it was in a horrible condition. It was ripped apart and it felt merely edible and was way below the standard food quality any human can expect. I raised a complaint immediately within a minute. They said that they will help me only after 24-48 hours as per their policy. I did not consume the pizza and waited for a resolution. Finally, after a day they call me and say that they cannot refund my money because I did not raise a complaint with them at the very moment when then issue happened. When I clarified that I did raise a complaint immediately, they said that because they did not cater to my request asap, they would now not be able to refund the money as the timelines for issuing refund had exceeded. The management refused to agree with us. I would just like to ask them, is their outlet the only outlet of Delhi NCR? Don't you think the customers must have already tasted the same pizza in some other outlet (s) or other brands? Customer feedback holds some value or not? Is cleanliness of tables not a part of your catering services? Why were tables not cleaned and why there were no napkins?
I do have a video of the food along with the bill. Same complaint was made by another customer as his pizza was also not a cheese buset pizza while his order was of cheese burst pizza.
