Haldiram's - Route 63 — Restaurant in Ghaziabad

Very rude staff behaviour. I went there alone. So I had my office bag with me. I ordered for sabudana papdi chat first which had a lot of black pepper. Very dominating taste. Later I ordered for sabudana vada and sweet potato halwa. Sabudana vada was very spicy. Sweet potato halwa on the other hand was good. Sabudana vada was very dry hence I felt thirsty and asked a staff nearby to bring water for me because I could not go in the middle because it was very crowded in the evening. To which the staff very rudely replied paani lene aapko khud jaana padega aur agar aapko mineral water lena hai toh scan kar dijiye mai le aaunga. Lekin regular water lene ke liye aapko khud jaana padega. This line he said 2-3 times in a very rough manner. This is not the way to behave he could have replied in a more appropriate manner that sorry mam I cannot bring because we have self service for water cooler. I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an unpleasant experience I had today at your Noida Electronic City outlet. As a regular customer, I visited the outlet today and, due to the crowd at the billing counter, I decided to use the washroom before placing my order. However, to my surprise, the security guard stopped me and rudely refused to allow me to use the washroom. He told me to use the (public) washroom outside and not the one inside the Haldiram premises. This was extremely disrespectful and humiliating. I would like to mention that I always visit Haldiram whenever I am in the area, but such behavior has made me rethink my choice. Denying basic facilities like a washroom to a customer, and that too in such a rude manner, is unacceptable and does not align with the standards I expect from a reputed brand like Haldiram. I request you to kindly look into this matter and ensure better training and behaviour from your staff, especially those dealing directly...

Located in a busy lane underneath the Metro Station still you will find parking space adjacent to the restaurant.

Pathetic billing sevice only 1 guy was present therfore obviously crowd was overwhelming on counter.

And to add insult to injury atmosphere was like fish market because a lot of people were present, all tables were equipped otherwise Ambience and cleanliness were good, food service was quick.

Network issue was another big issue there, forget the table service you will even struggle for UPI payments(not all), you will have to move outside to make payments. No doubt everyone was using cards to make payments tgere.

Now most importantly food, food is always good at most of the Haldirams outlets, quality and taste were awesome, here we had Chilli Paneer with Friend rice and special veg thali.

Especial mention to Mix Veg, taste was good but it was just show case of exotic bell peppers, I thiks they do not consider other veggies to be a part of...
