My father had the most horrible experience at Haldiram's today. He had gone there for lunch with my mother. They ordered special masala dosa but got the wrong dosa, when he went to the counter to complain the staff got very defensive. They finally agreed to give the right order, when my parents tasted it, they realized that the chef has made it very spicy. My father then went to the manager to talk but she did not accept the fault. He's been eating this special masala dosa for almost 2 years now but he has never experienced it this spicy. My father who doesn't eat sweets at all, but had to order ras malai to calm down the burning sensation on his tongue and stomach. I recently visited this place with my family and what a experience it was first of all their air conditioning was working so fine one of the best i have recently encounter and the other thing is drinking water facility . Both of these are very essential when we go for outing. This haldiram has maintained both the facility very well thumbs up for that 👍 .
