Disappointed by the Insufficient Quantity and Inadequate Packaging at Haldiram Vasundhara.
Dear Haldiram Management,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding my recent dining experience at your esteemed restaurant. I experienced a significant lack of food quantity and poor packaging, leaving me deeply dissatisfied.
Firstly, upon receiving my order, I was taken aback by the noticeably smaller portion sizes. The quantity of the main course was extremely disappointing, especially considering the price I paid. As a loyal customer, I have always appreciated the value for money your restaurant provided in the past, but this time, I left your establishment feeling hungry and unsatisfied.
Furthermore, the packaging of the food was subpar. The containers used to pack my order were flimsy and poorly sealed, leading to a mess upon arrival. The spillage not only affected the presentation of the meal but also resulted in a loss of food items. This lack of attention to packaging not only tarnished my dining experience but also raises concerns about proper hygiene and professionalism.
I believe it is necessary for you to address these issues promptly to maintain the reputation that your restaurant has built over the years. As a loyal customer, I understand that occasional missteps can occur, but it is essential to rectify these mistakes to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
In light of the aforementioned disappointing experience, I kindly request that appropriate measures be taken to rectify these problems promptly. This could include improved portion sizes to match the value, as well as more robust and secure packaging to preserve the quality of the food during transit.
I genuinely hope that my feedback will serve as constructive criticism, and that you will take the necessary steps to improve your services. I believe that by addressing these concerns, you can continue to provide exceptional dining experiences and uphold the high standards your restaurant is known for.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to hearing from you soon regarding the actions taken to rectify the situation.

Read moreHorrible service. Ordered food at 8.30 pm and didnot receive till 9.05, and the food item was vada pao which ideally os prepared within 10 minutes. This is not the first time as it being a brand name and a decent place in Vasundhara. Their service is always worst but had company provided coupons for the store so had to go there. It's a self service counter and they would prepare food as per their choice and not first come first basis. Inspire of me standing and repeatedly asking for vada pao... Either they behaved as if they did not hear and worst, made 5vada pao in front of me and sent for parcel, by which all other food item was finished and family was waiting for me to come withvada pao. They have no sense that all food items of a bill should be prepared together and served together and after all this when I had to shout for the food, the head chef came out to tell it will take 10 more minutes. The so called head of the store Mr Nandlal came requesting me not to complain also but probably the staff needs to be tought manners and customer service first. Standing in the counters, they prefer to speak to each other than serving food and even the chefs rae busy chatting. The store owner will have to close the store if he does not ensure such incidents are not repeated. After three similar experience, I m compelled to write this complaint. Would suggest not to visit the store until you go at lunch time for having...
Read moreFood is delicious no doubt and price is what you expect from a Haldiram outlet. But things like cutlery, water, order placing are a little bit out of place. If you are visiting there for the first time you will have to smash your head at the wall to figure out hi-tech things they are using like scanning the QR code for menu and all (because it so small at one corner of the table). But the worst part is that attendants there are busy gossiping. You will have to go to them to ask things. They are not coming at the table. So things you expect from a restaurant like water jugs, glasses, on table services are little bit lacking. They are promoting self service but in the middle of the food if someone wants water then he has to go to other side of the hall to get water and that also in small thermocol cups which I don't think one cup is sufficient for me to fulfill my thirst. So these little things spoil the experience which you do not expect from a big brand like Haldiram. I can only go there again for the taste of food but the hustle they force upon the customer who has come to enjoy the food is a thing which will resist me from going there. Lot of details for a food...
