I called them on the eve of diwali recently as it was my son's birthday the next day when I got a dis satisfactory reply that they can't take my order. Sorry let me complete ' they can't take my order as they are already overloaded with pre-orders till 'bhai dooj'. I thought there may be two reason behind it 'one they just want to ignore the order due to festive season or they are really a class who may be occupied due to their quality' anyways moving ahead I called them yesterday that is on 20th Nov specifically asking whether I can get a pleasure to taste their cake this time and luckily they said yes..so I ordered and tried it today ...now starting from ordering till having it the level of professionalism they maintained is just class, this whole experience with them had proved when u really have a zeal to deliver with perfection no one can stop you to reach to the masses hence I highly recommend 'Magic moments' no match boss in entire crossing or even in ghaziabad.
