McDonald's — Restaurant in Ghaziabad

I ordered from McD app which I randomly found on Play Store and i placed an order from that app...first my order got delivered without coke and the app doesn't have any system to track the order or to raise a complaint so i directly called on the store..i placed a new order again for a different item as the restaurant executive said they will deliver the coke along with it as it was a mistake from their end but that second order got cancelled, I thought the app is fake and i don't have any hope of getting the missing item....but but but guess what I got a call next day from Mr. Rakesh who is store manager and he is so so so kind and helpful as he called me regarding the issue I faced and delivered the coke with an ice cream as complimentary item and this gesture and service was amazing...I loved the service and Mr Rakesh was a great manager I must say as he resolved the query so nicely and managed everything so well.. Today, I visited McDonald's with my sister and had a lovely interaction with one of Mcdonalds employee, Ruchika. Out of curiosity, I asked her about the hiring process and the kind of work employees do. She very patiently and happily explained everything to me, sharing how the team supports each other and handles multiple responsibilities based on the need.

What truly stood out was the big smile on her face and the pride she carried while talking about her work. It was heartwarming to see someone enjoy what they do so genuinely. Interactions like these really make a difference and reflect the true spirit of customer service.
