Awful Quality and Most Disgusting Treatment !
3/10 stars. Not recommended at all.
Let’s begin from the start.
Upon reaching the property I was approached by a valet driver. I asked him where will they park the car inside the property or outside. The valet said it will be Parked outside and if you have issues then park the car yourself. Another valet driver came close and casually said to the first valet that “bhai tu kyu inse baat kar raha hai, chal car me baith aur nikal”. I ignored and went ahead towards 16th floor rooftop buffet.
We started off with the starters. After the first bite we realised that it seemed to be staled food kept there for a few hours. Totally cold. Left everything in the plate. The dim-sums shelf had all broken momos.
We approached the live counter of pasta and requested for fresh white sauce pasta. To my surprise the cook rolled up his sleeves and flexed his tattoos with all that attitude and started making pasta and as I mentioned him to add olives to it, he said “uske like apko thodi mehanat karni padegi.. please go over there and get me some olives from Pizza counter”. Imagine the audacity of the pasta cook to ask a guest to do so. However as I wanted to eat pasta I humbled and handed over the olives bowl to him to fasten up the process. Our pasta also was half cooked & tasteless when we started consuming it on our table. Again left everything it the plate.
Main course was mediocre. My wife noticed cockroach on the Idli - Sambar counter. Without panicking we kept our calm picked up basic North Indian food and walked off to our table. We held ourselves back because there were many guests in the hall. Again the main course food was tasteless.
The pastry which was offered to us specifically from cake way corner was hard and tasted strange. It felt as if it was a stale pastry from earlier day.
We paid the bill. And asked for the restaurant manager and conveyed our distress and dissatisfaction and cockroach scenario. He was extremely sorry a
The restaurant manager chased me to the main gate of hotel and brought the head chef Mr. Rajnish Kumar to discuss. Again to my surprise this head chef started throwing attitude a said you should have informed us while you faced problems etc. Why are you saying it now and stuff !! You come right now again upstairs and taste the food again. !! (Arrogant tone). The chef also suggested why didn’t I check the second/third row of dim-sums tower. (How can you expect a guest to lift your heavy utensils with cutlery in one hand, and check what’s underneath. It’s a staff’s dusty to put the correct and fresh material in front or top shelf.)
Well hello Mr. Rajnish we paid the whole bill and then gave a genuine feedback of your service. You need to accept your fault.
Of course I had to say No for upstairs because I was getting late at 10PM at night. And told him to not take this to his ego and keep his food and team right. He handed over his card to me and said they will make things right the next time.
Sorry but there will be no next time Mr. Rajnish Kumar.
Paid a decent amount bill for a third class food and treatment. Shitty experience and waste of hard earned money.
Coming out from a service and hospitality industry. We do not expect such mannerless staff and awful food & treatment towards guests. Radisson has degraded their whole image. Please improve and bring back the old Radisson treatment...

Read moreRecently I got to know that Radisson blu hotel, Kaushambi is organizing an event - POMODORO from 18th to 27th Nov. The theme of the event is Italian cuisines. I was very much delighted by this, so decided to visit yesterday for a dinner buffet. This event was organised at their restaurant named Rooftop-the view, situated on 10th floor. This restaurant had indoor spacious sitting arrangements as well as outdoor sitting area overlooking the alluring swimming pool. The poolside view was just magnificent with vibrant decor and subtle lighting which is perfect for dinner or a pool party. The inner decor was very bright and lively and radiates a lavish feel.
Now moving to culinary experience, their buffet had great selection of various delicacies. They offered a lot of veg and non veg buffet spread on their counters. They also had a Italian live counter for woof fired pizzas and various type of pastas like ravioli, fusilli, gnocchi, spaghetti and penne. They also had a Cheese wheel which was very fascinating. The other italian counters were for Risotto, charcuterie, various types of cheese and cold cuts.
The options for desserts were also varied including different types of pastries, mousse, kheer etc which gave perfect end to our evening. All the items were appetizing and delicious with nice presentation.
Totally loved the food and the service. The staff was very hospitable especially Mr Sumit and Krishankant took great care of us.
So guys, If you are looking for some lip smacking Italian cuisine, then certainly give a shot...
