BREWHOUSE — Restaurant in Ghaziabad

I recently had the opportunity to dine at the Brewhouse at Radisson Kaushambi, and my overall experience was a mixed one, which is why I would rate it 3 stars.

Let's start with the positives. The ambience of the restaurant is quite pleasing. It has a comfortable and inviting atmosphere, making it a suitable place for a relaxed meal or gathering with friends. The decor and layout contribute to a nice and cozy dining environment.

However, my disappointment stemmed from the service. Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. Our drinks took a notably long time to arrive, much longer than our food did. This lag in serving our drinks significantly affected our overall enjoyment of the evening. We had to wait for quite some time, and this delay dampened our spirits and conversation. The staff had little clue on what was happening to our drinks. The restaurant wasn’t even that busy to lack a basic service etiquette. It's important for a restaurant to ensure that drinks and food are served in a timely manner to enhance the dining experience.

The cocktails were delivered in regular ordinary glasses with no focus on experience and that shows the lack of importance they give to a good experience.

The food at the Brewhouse was a redeeming aspect of our visit. The dishes we ordered were delicious, and the quality of the food lived up to our expectations. The menu offered a variety of options, and the flavors were well-executed.

With a place like Radisson I expect that you will delivery great quality and experience.

I would give it negative stars if that was possible. Ordered 4-5 dishes and their signature fresh beer. Beer tasted like poorly mixed ingredients in cold water. Like, you could feel it was water going in. All the dishes were equally bad if not more. Nachos with cheese was a packet of dorritos or some other chips with melted cheese that felt like it was prepped 2 days ago. One of the dishes ordered was sushi. I dont even know what I was thinking when I ordered that. The rice was not normal. Felt cooked to a crisp. Filling was okay. Salad dish was very very sour to which the waiter said " ye to aise hi banti hai". The place is well made, but the DJ's choice of music was pathetic as well. For that their excuse was that theres a private party going on and its their request to play these songs. It was a group of maybe 4-5 people around the pool table. Not that big of an issue. Bad food+ bad beer+ bad...

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Radisson Blu Kaushambi on June 30, 2025. Despite having a confirmed booking (ID: 14218248) at BrewHouse for 12:30 AM, my group was denied entry upon arrival after driving an hour from Rohini. The staff claimed the entire restaurant was booked for a private party, with no prior notice or apology. When I sought help from the hotel managers, they were dismissive and outright refused to assist, offering no alternative or compensation. This level of disregard for guests is shocking from a reputed chain like Radisson. The managers’ unprofessional behavior and complete lack of accountability ruined what was supposed to be a special night out.
