Hotel Samrat Kaushambi — Hotel in Ghaziabad

This is the second time we had booked in an OYO hotel and we will never do again. We booked for 5 days in Nov-21, arrived well past midnight. The front door was locked, we called the number written at the gate and the reception guy opened the gate. The room was not worthy of been called a room in the first place. Broken cupboard, yellow strained sheets, dusty floor and broken front door. The bathroom closet and washbasin looked horrible. The reception guy told us that they are doing some modifications, however this is not an excuse. We had no choice but to spent the night. We left early morning and checked into Radission nearby. (THIS IS NOT A PAID REVIEW ) I have got a really degraded room...it was not at all the same as shown in their pictures. Room was really suffocated and unhygienic and also AC was not working, there was no bathroom linen , there was dust all over the place . Hotel staff has mentioned room no. 103 in my booking portal but they have given me room no. 307 which is the worse . I have never expected OYO to provide this kind of service...please do something to improve this or else i would need to move to some other brands..as at a cost of around rs. 1400 i'm getting such a room sorry to say but it was not at...
