Clarks Inn Kaushambi — Hotel in Ghaziabad

Its a Horrible place with below pathetic conditions.. stayed in #305 and it was a night mares for life time. |if you are planning to stay there for any reason then beware because.....||1. Bed linen welcoming to give you tons of disease. |2. They won’t provide towels untill u asked then they give only bath towel with discard condition.|3. They don’t even provide you packaged water. They provides tap water in Bisleri Bottles. |4. They don’t provide Dental kit Shaving kit and other amenities you have to carry your own. |5. No Hot water its a standard of the hotel as receptionist replied. |6. If you order tea or coffee god knows when it will come(never.)|7. Charging point burnt you can not charge your mobile. |8. A/ac was ok but wall fan doesn’t work. |9. Cleanliness and hygiene is in minus condition. |10. Curtains having lip stick marks and full of bad smell and dirt. |11. Chairs are worn out and dirty like hell you can not sit. |12. In the breakfast Chef forgot to put salt in Aalo bhaji. |13. When you have breakfat there u will notice someone is abusing in the kitchen and you can clearly listen it. ||I have clicked 25 pics of this hotel room #305 only but its allowed only 10 pics to upload.. |Please never ever think to stay in this hotel.... |stayed on 21st August, 2019. |Checkout 22nd...

Yesterday went there for function. First the decorations and ventilation was horrible....we asked them to switch on exhaust or ac...but they were least bother.. then they have changed the menu, which was given to them...even instead of pav bhaji....bread bhaji was served...and when we asked him that why you are giving bread instead of pav then they said that this is all what we get from management. The arrangement was for about 50 guests out of which only 25 were present, still their food was finished even before serving to our important guests. The staff was so poor that they are even not groomed themselves...forget about their pathetic sevice and food. Most importantly the food which was served, stale our guests got infection, food poisoning. They have taken a very good amount of money for their services and this is what we get.... So plz beware.... everything can be forgotten but they played with health of our guests by serving their already prepared stale food ... So plz i request you to think three times before going there for stay or for any function. No matter whether you are a host or guest. Health is the utmost thing...

Cons

Negative 2 on ameneties, 1 lift did not functional at all and the other didnt go to the floor we were having our function on. My guests included people from all age and we had to suffer multiple rounds of staircase use before they fixed it after 1.5 days

Negative 5 on cleanliness, there was days old dust and an awefull stench in my room, that did not go even after 2 days of putting room freshener. Staircase (fire exit) was littered like a municipal office building. As mentioned we were forced to use it as the lift was not fully operational.

All plug points were partially burnt and loose, rotating wall fan was in pathetic state. Dish tv was working though. Hand jet in the washroom was leaking and there was hardly any pressure in the flush (instead filled bucket and used 🤦)

Pros: There is a bar for people who would like to know, although i have no idea or the bar rates.

Food was a definite a plus point. Almost 90% of ordered items and the function menu items were above average.

Restaurant was good with ok sitting options and good quality food for breakfast

All in all I would strongly recommend not to use this...
