So let's begin My dad got us here for a surprise treat and our overall experience was great! 🌸 Ambience:- Simply perfect. The lights, the place and the seating arrangement. Great! They had a sanitizer bottle kept on the seating area and the staff had pinned a badge on their clothes stating " they were vaccinated". Also, probably, due to corona the menu is made of a paper to ensure that it's not re used. They have taken care of the smallest things too. Hygiene maintained very well. 🌸Food:- You have vegetarian and non vegetarian options. In few restaurants we come across less vegetarian dishes but here there lots of options for vegetarians. So we ordered honey chilli potatoes, cheese chicken and cream of Tomato for starters. Usually we hardly get to taste a perfect taste of Tomato soup. But this one was lit! I found the perfect taste, not too sour not too sweet. Usually i do not crave for veg but honey chilli potatoes for starters was lip smacking. Too much in quantity hence loved it. Also the cheese chicken. Wow! You literally get the cheese melting in your mouth! I have displayed the pic of cheese chicken. I was full with starters! For main course, we ordered rumali roti, murg jaipuri and veg diwani handi and there was no dish where we could find any flaws in tastewise. Also the ingredients are fresh and tge food is warm. Kudos to the chef! 🌸 Staff and service:- Very quick and prompt. The manager personally comes to visit at your seat which was too kind. 🌸 Money:- So is it worth the money? Of course yes! The quantity, the taste of each and every element of the dish plus the ambience will never disappoint you. Definitely worth the money. Note:- We had gone for a lunch treat so make sure that you reach at around 12pm as it gets crowded after 1.00pm and you will have to wait outside. Ambience:- 5/5 Staff and service:- 5/5 Food:- 5/5

Very Premium ambience. We had ordered King Fish Thali. It had many items costing 350. Waiter was very sweet and funny too. King. Parking they usually have inside, near that Xero Degree or Xero Gravity, or Gravity Cafe whatever that restaurant that changes its name is. And there are Security Guard guiding cars. But this day there is some construction or something which compromised parking. And most of them we could see parking outside on Road including us. 🥴 We have been to Porvorim Copperleaf quite no. of time, these days didn’t like that much quality of food there. I guess all the Chef are transferred here now. Or maybe Copperleaf of Porvorim is not as much Good in North Indian dishes then Goan. As we entered it was complete 5 Star Restaurant feeling. You will feel the difference. As you enter Receptionist assist us inside. Moment the Door it opened what a pleasant smell of scent welcomes you. At start we had to wait for the waiter for quite longer time. But at last he came. He was cool and funny. And quite knowledgeable in his service. Patient and very good at communication. We ordered for King Fish Thali, it was quite big with different things at hands to offer. White Rice, authentic Goan prawns Curry with typical Copperleaf taste, Fresh King fish, crab gravy, Tisrye, Kismoor, Mulachi Bhaji, Lonche, Salad, papad, Gulab Jamun, Banana (Banana but tarne asle), glass full of sol curry. Too yum. Manager periodically visit to ask if we need any assistance. Even during Birthday they give present from their side. And then Waiter gave Washing Bowl. Poor receptionist had to close the door again and again, as someone or the other comes in and door doesn’t close on its own after getting opened it fully. Felt so bad for them and was laughing at the same time. 🤫 Poor they 🤣

Copperleaf in Panjim has quickly become my favourite family restaurant, offering an exceptional dining experience every time I visit. They serve an incredible mix of Goan, Indian, and Chinese dishes, all bursting with authentic flavours. The food is consistently top-notch, making it a perfect spot for anyone who enjoys diverse cuisine. What truly sets Copperleaf apart is their commitment to providing a comfortable and accessible environment for all guests. They offer wheelchair services, disability-friendly washrooms, and diaper changing rooms, making it an ideal choice for families and individuals with special needs. The restaurant also boasts private and semi-private dining options, allowing for a more intimate and personalized experience—whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply enjoying a quiet meal. It’s the perfect setting for any gathering. I also highly recommend signing up for the Copperleaf Elite Club. The exclusive rewards, cashbacks, and discounts make every visit even more worthwhile. Plus, there’s ample parking space, which is always a bonus in Panjim. If you haven’t been to Copperleaf yet, I highly encourage you to visit soon. It’s an absolute gem in the city, with exceptional food, outstanding service, and a family-friendly atmosphere.

An Unforgettable Culinary Adventure at Copperleaf Panaji

As a seasoned traveler and avid foodie, I've had the privilege of experiencing many culinary delights across the globe. However, nothing quite prepared me for the gastronomic symphony that unfolded before me at Copperleaf Panaji, a hidden gem nestled in the heart of Goa.

From the moment I stepped into Copperleaf Panaji, I was transported into a world of refined elegance and tantalizing aromas. The ambiance was a harmonious blend of traditional Goan charm and modern sophistication, creating an atmosphere that was both inviting and captivating.

The menu, a testament to the rich culinary heritage of Goa, was a symphony of flavors waiting to be explored. Each dish was a masterpiece, showcasing the freshest local ingredients transformed into culinary works of art.

My journey began with the succulent Goan prawns, their delicate flesh bathed in a symphony of spices that danced on my palate. The flavors were so complex and harmonious that each bite was a revelation, transporting me to a culinary paradise.

Next, I savored the exquisite fish curry, a testament to Goan culinary artistry. The tender fish, cooked to perfection, absorbed the rich, aromatic gravy, creating an explosion of flavors that lingered long after the last morsel was gone.

Throughout my culinary adventure, the attentive staff was my guide, providing expert recommendations and ensuring that my dining experience was nothing short of exceptional. Their knowledge of Goan cuisine was unparalleled, and their passion for their craft was evident in every interaction.

As I lingered over my dessert, a decadent Serradura, I was filled with a sense of contentment and gratitude. Copperleaf Panaji was more than just a restaurant; it was a culinary oasis, a place where I could escape the cares of the world and indulge in the rich tapestry of Goan flavors.

My dining experience at Copperleaf Panaji was truly unforgettable. It was a symphony of flavors, a testament to the culinary excellence that Goa has to offer. I highly recommend this exceptional restaurant to anyone seeking an unforgettable...

My recent visit to Copperleaf was, without hyperbole, a traumatic culinary experience. I had heard whispers, seen a few photos, and hoped for a decent Indian meal. What I received was an abomination, a gastronomic crime so profound it will haunt my tastebuds for weeks. I ordered the Paneer Butter Masala, a dish I consider a staple, a comforting classic. What arrived at my table can only be described as a betrayal. From the very first spoonful, a horrifying, unmistakable tang assaulted my palate. Ketchup. Yes, you read that right. Ketchup. In Paneer Butter Masala. Who, in the name of all that is sacred in Indian cuisine, thought this was a good idea? The rich, creamy, subtly spiced tomato base that defines this beloved dish was utterly obliterated by the cloyingly sweet, vinegary assault of cheap tomato sauce. It wasn't a hint, not a suggestion – it was a full-frontal assault of a condiment that belongs on French fries, not in a delicate, nuanced curry. The paneer, usually soft and yielding, tasted vaguely… apologetic. It seemed to cower in the face of the ketchup onslaught, its inherent milky goodness drowned in a sea of saccharine misery. The consistency was off too, thick and gloopy, further cementing the suspicion that a significant portion of a squeeze bottle had been emptied into the pot. It lacked any depth, any warmth, any of the complex layering of flavors that make Paneer Butter Masala so universally adored. It tasted like something a child might concoct in a desperate attempt to make an "Indian" dish with limited pantry items. Beyond this unforgivable act of culinary vandalism, the rest of the experience was equally lackluster. The naan was undercooked in places and burnt in others, a testament to a kitchen that clearly prioritizes speed over quality. The service was indifferent at best; when I politely inquired about the unusual taste of my dish, the server merely shrugged and said, "That's how we make it." No apology, no offer to replace it, just a chilling confirmation that this horrifying concoction is Copperleaf's deliberate interpretation of Indian cuisine. It's definitely not a place for...
