The food is the real highlight – every dish is thoughtfully crafted with fresh ingredients and bursting with flavor. The cocktails are another standout – well balanced, innovative, and perfect for a relaxed evening.
A special mention must go to the desserts – not only were they incredibly tasty, but they were also carefully prepared by the owner and chef himself, which added such a personal touch to the dining experience. It’s rare to find that kind of attention to detail, and it truly shows in the flavors.
What makes INARA shine is the atmosphere. Whether you’re here for a cozy dinner, a lively evening with friends, or just to unwind with good food and music, the vibe is always on point. The staff are attentive, friendly, and go out of their way to make sure you have a great time.

Visited Inara recently, and I’m still thinking about the food. The ambiance is chic yet cozy, and the space really comes alive with their live sushi counter and bar counter. Watching your food and drinks come together right in front of you makes the whole experience interactive and exciting.
We started with some amazing appetizers — the San Bei Ji Chicken was perfectly spicy and crisp, and the Malai Chicken Tikka was so soft and creamy it practically melted in the mouth. We also tried their Temaki sushi, which is something I haven’t seen at any other spot in Goa — super fresh and unique in flavor.
For mains, the standout was definitely the Thai Green Curry with Steamed Rice — creamy, aromatic, and just the right amount of heat. It was pure comfort food done right.
Drinks were also a highlight — the Lico Blanc was smooth and well-balanced, and the Tropical Sparkle was refreshing and generously served. Their mocktail game is strong!
And dessert? Just wow. The Blueberry Cheesecake was rich but not overpowering, and the Tres Leches was honestly one of the best I’ve had — perfectly moist and creamy without being too sweet.
The staff were super attentive and helpful with recommendations, and the service was quick even with a good crowd. You can tell they care about quality...

Continental cuisine has always been Devesh's metier but today he has proved that he is equally adept at Indian and Chinese food. We ordered an American Chopsuey, a Burnt Garlic Fried Rice, a Sriracha Chicken Steak, and an Egg Masala, all of which were exquisite. I'm eagerly waiting for him to regale us after diversifying into Goan cuisine as well.
In an attempt to economize, restaurants often try to skimp on quantity and quality. Brewed Black's dishes are not lacking in either. Reasonable prices, timely delivery, and skilful packing which ensures that your food is served hot and fresh, are just some of the perks of ordering food from this place.
In a city where eateries are dime a dozen, Brewed Black stands a class apart. In many ways, Devesh's food is like money. The more you have, the more you want. Highly...
