Hello! Everyone this time I am back with a review of small cute restaurant in Caranzalem, Panjim which was open with a mindset of Cloud Kitchen but ended up making comfortable seating capacity upto 12 - 15 guests. This venture is a brainchild of beautiful couple @aps0407 & @anshuman_26 and here comes the twist, both of them are not from hospitality background.

Aparna hails from service oriented background whereas Anshuman represents Automobiles industry. Both of them after spending more than two decades in their respective industries decided to pursue their passion towards serving delicious food. I would say it was more of Aparna's dream rather Anshuman taking all credit, no wonder he must be smiling now while reading this.

I was fairly impressed with Anshuman ideology of we don't serve anything that we personally don't like. That's the only reason after ‘Nth’ no. of trials this restaurant is still looking for its perfect Butter Chicken dish. Both these beautiful soul are taking one day at a time for their venture which makes sense and giving their everything to it, I was really lucky, I could interact with them for an hour or so.

Coming to business part of blog : They serve you delicious North Indian cuisine with few of the Goan delicacies as well in the menu. According to Anshuman they have till date 75 percent Customer retention figures out of all the orders made which is to be honest quite remarkable considering how new Grillz is to the market but speaks volume about satisfying the need customer aptly.

A cute cafe like elegant and gorgeous ambience with city's popular rolls, pastas, Meal bowls or boxes, club sandwiches, shawarma, Chinese and lot more drooling food yet with reasonable rates😍🤩 Best Part : Shawarma is served with special made pickle, sauce and fries 🍟 . . . Here's a wonderful place that should definitely be on your list next time around Caranzalem.

Located just a stone's throw away from Harley Davidson showroom, what makes this place stand out is their menu packed with some Indian and chinese flavours.

Though the place easily attracts youngsters, it is also slowly gaining popularity amongst the corporate sectors nearby that love to relish on their Delhi styled daal makhani🥰

The grilled chicken they serve is amazing with just the right amount of masala on it. The masalas used in any of their dishes are home made by Aparna adding all the more flavours to not just the grills but even to the Indian gravies they prepare.

They let their chicken marinate for 4 hours followed by slow grilling for 2 hours giving you a nice juicy chicken with a slight layer of caramelisation on top.

Apart from desi and chinese items the menu also has some options of pastas on the menu.

I sampled some veg starters like the paneer tikka, gobi manchurian etc but nothing could beat their crispy veg. Very delicious!

I loved how their loaded chicken roll tasted, wasnt too dry nor with multiple gravies mixed together but just lots of tasty chicken.

Though they have some combos in chinese and North Indian as well, what attracts the most is their Goan combos available in mushroom xacuti and...
