Abhiksha Palace — Restaurant in Goa

I recently visited this restaurant and was quite disappointed with the overall experience. Firstly, the service was extremely slow. I had to wait almost an hour for my food, which is unacceptable. The delay could be attributed to the fact that there was only a single waiter serving all the customers. This resulted in inefficient service and long waiting times. Furthermore, the waiter was not very respectful or attentive, which added to the frustration.

On the positive side, the food quality was good. The dishes were flavorful and well-prepared, which was a redeeming factor. However, the quantity of food served was just medium. For the price paid, I expected more generous portions.

Another downside was the crowd. The restaurant was packed, especially during the weekend nights. This made the environment quite noisy and chaotic. If you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing dining experience, this might not be the best place to visit during busy times.

Overall, while the food itself was enjoyable, the long waiting times, mediocre service, and crowded atmosphere significantly detracted from the dining experience. Great Ambience and Delicious Food, But Tarnished by Tacky Tipping Tactics

I recently dined at Abhiksha palace and was thoroughly impressed by the ambience and the quality of the food. The restaurant's elegant decor and cozy atmosphere set the stage for a delightful dining experience, while the menu offered a tantalizing array of dishes to choose from.

However, while the food and ambience were exceptional, I was disappointed by the waitstaff's approach to tipping. it was clear that their focus was more on securing tips than providing genuine hospitality.

As a patron, I believe in rewarding good service, but I also value sincerity and professionalism. The waitstaff's tactics left a sour taste in my mouth and detracted from an otherwise enjoyable evening.

In conclusion, while I would highly recommend Abhiksha Restaurant for its ambience and culinary prowess, I urge the management to address the issue of tipping tactics to ensure that every aspect of the dining experience reflects the restaurant's commitment...

Being Shravan Month I had ordered Gobi Crispy and clearly asked waiter about veg dishes being prepared separately to which he had confirmed the same that they do prepare separately.

After serving Gobi Crispy I just checked to confirm the pieces to which I found a piece of Chicken Lolipop inside my ordered VEG DISH.

I called the waiter first and asked about the same to which he agreed that it was a chicken piece. Then I called the manager to which he did not even apologize & told me we will prepare another one and serve.

If a customer finds a chicken piece in a veg dish then this clearly states that they don't prepare veg dishes separately.

I did not pay the bill and clearly told the manager that I am going to post this review.

To all those people who are strictly vegan thinking to visit this restaurant, DO NOT VISIT THIS RESTAURANT EVER.
