Bob Marley Beach Shack — Restaurant in Goa

We happened to be here to celebrate 31 December, 2017 and it turned out to be one of the happening and lively places on Candolium beach. Got a glimpse of few TV celebrities. Owners are courteous however few staff members were rude. Seemed to be famous in foreigner crowd as 80% of the tables were reserved already. However, the DJ and dance floor was open to all, so post 11 PM "unwanted" crowd started pouring in around the shack and on dance floor. Food & drinks were nice, but...

This beach shack stands apart from those around. It is slightly elevated, so it offers a clear view of the sea, minus the passersby. A favourite with the Russian tourists. The service staff is friendly, alert, efficient and speak many languages. The small touches are great... Like comfortable lounge sofas and foot basins to wash your feet, when you get back from your swim. They have some excellent sundowner music...

Bob Marley Shack offers a decent spot to relax by the beach. While the food is average and could be improved, the ambiance makes up for it. The swings by the shore add a playful touch, making it a great place to unwind. The crowd is lively, with a noticeable presence of Russian tourists, creating a vibrant and multicultural atmosphere.
