Ambiance: 3.5/5
This café keeps it simple. With an adjacent open shop fitted with slabs and a center table, it’s designed for quick bites rather than lounging. Though there’s no seating, the setup is clean and functional, making it perfect for those in a hurry.
Food & Beverages: 4.5/5
The menu focuses on pure vegetarian, Bengaluru-style staples. Whether you’re in the mood for crispy Dosas, soft Idlis, piping hot Vadas, or a hearty Rice Sambar combo, the flavors here are authentic and satisfying. The star of the menu? Filter Kaapi and Idli Vada with Sambar and Chutney – both come highly recommended. The kaapi is strong, aromatic, and perfect for a quick caffeine fix, while the idlis and vadas are served fresh with generous accompaniments.

Read moreOne tag for this place, VALUE FOR MONEY. The café, which is located at four pillars serves authentic South Indian food and snacks and is a self service restaurant. Pay first, take your coupons and enjoy the meal and drinks. Most of the restaurant is with high tables, stand and eat, but a small portion is having chairs and you can sit and eat. The best thing available here is coffee. The South Indian filter coffee, is true filter coffee and I at least have not tasted similar coffee in Panjim. The dosas are superb and cooked the right way, served with chutney and sambar. One of my favourite is Rava Idli, a big sized Idli served with chutney and sambar. Several other kind of Idli are also available, if you love to try out and like to know more about a cuisine, you can definitely get some new variety here. This I am saying for non South Indians, as in goa you get the usual dosa, Idli vada stuff. Paddu is also good, in fact I loved them. Juices are fresh and what I liked about this place is that generally at every counter they check your preferences, if you want spicy, for coffee- strong, for juice, ice etc. I happen to meet the owner, as it was almost closing time for the restaurant and was told that seeing the acceptance, popularity and success of the place, they plan to introduce several new dishes. Timings for this place are 7 A.M...
