Cafe Sai Sadanand — Restaurant in Goa

1st day of the new year started on a bad note for breakfast at this restaurant. As i was having my bfast, one of the waiter was standing just opposite of me near the food pick up counter, digging his nose with the finger he did not even wash his hands, used the same hand to pick up the food and he served it to the other customer. Just called the waiter n i asked him if he washed his hands, he hand no idea i had caught him doing such unhygienic thing at the restaurant, first he lied to me he did not do n than he accepted his fault. Had to bring this to his owners notice as its unhygienic n disgusting at the peak of another Covid wave. The restaurant is good, the kitchen n the food is good but such staff members gets the repo down. I hope the management will take this in a positive way so that the hygiene n grooming...

Good restaurants to stop by while shopping.

Mostly crowded as it's one of the oldest and best breakfast serving restaurant/cafe in Mapusa. I am coming here from last 15 years and i have seen this place improving and getting better every year. Rates here are very reasonable and taste is authentic Ofcourse it could be better in terms of taste but somehow they justify this with quality, quantity and service. One of the best service in Mapusa, no doubt. Only drawback is its crowd... Like people say 'suffering from the success' same situation is being faced by...

Ordered for the first time breakfast for delivery after reading some good reviews. Was utterly shocked and disgusted to find a cockroach in the sambar. Called the restaurant and complained. The person receiving the call was understanding and apologised and said would give a refund or a fresh order at no cost. Which for sure was not a good idea after already finding one cockroach in the food. The owner said would initiate a refund. Cant find an option to post pics...
