Cremeux - Mapusa — Restaurant in Goa

This has been my regular spot for chicken burgers or salads or birthday cakes etc , we usually do the takeaway or order from Swiggy . But now why have I given just two stars ? Is it for the food ? Definitely not ! The food is still good as usual but now the only thing which has changed or let’s say degraded is the staff behaviour . Earlier there was one guy who used to be the manager I guess , he was so sweet , well behaved , friendly towards the customers but now there is some new girl who doesn’t know how to speak to the customers or behave with her staff when the place is already filled with many people . The way she was taking the order with such a careless attitude and shouting at her staff , infact screaming ! This literally did degrade the image of this lovely place and will further go down for sure if same behaviour is...

I have ordered pizzas from Cremuex in the past it was good and never had an issue. So I thought of having breakfast there. Saw a lot of negative reviews and some good ones too. So I would like to give my honest review like always. So the ambulance is average not so comfortable chairs (my personal opinion) the service was good and fast. The price was also affordable and they have good offers too. The main part the food The eggs were very well done not over or under cooked, the crossant was fresh, the potatoes were nice and crisp (not the frozen ones) the mushrooms were good and went well with the other things, the sausages I liked them. The pizzas are good but I wish their service was aptly better than what it is. Their staff, first of all without a smile and blunt attitude, had the excuse that "customer has to tell which offer they want to claim" when we later found that there was an applicable offer on two medium pizzas. Unethical. Witnessed multiple patrons arguing with the staff on one of our visits. So you would know it's not a one-off. There was not even a crowd when we visited, which was their subsequent (false) excuse when further questioned if the offer was applicable on our order or not. Sad to see such reputed places marred by bad service. We were more upset by the attitude than miss an offer, for which there would have always been another day. I'll have my guards up on my next...
