!!Avoid at all cost !!!
!! Would rather starve than eat here again !!!
We visited along with someone who had a quick bite a few days ago and was looking forward to eating the eggs benedict with Salmon again. When we reached we were greeted by an empty restaurant with cats sleeping on the tables and dogs lying on the floor. We should have taken the que and left then but we decided to stay.
We ordered 2 eggs benedict with salmon, a margarita pizza with nothing on it and a buff burger.
The food took a while and the pizza arrived it did with huge slices of tomato on it, this was after telling the server that we want nothing on it …..no chilli flakes, no seasoning, no basil leaves ….nothing … as it was for a young child. He just brushed it off and told us we can take it out if we don’t like the tomato. Seriously? Then the eggs benedict came….. first it looked totally different to what it did on the last visit, secondly there were no sides…. When we asked where are the sides the server Umesh said “what sides you want ?” Very arrogantly! We mentioned that last time it came with sautéed mushrooms to which he said I’ll ask the chef and then shortly came with a portion of the same. When they started eating it tasted very different and again when they asked umesh why is it different he said the bread used was sour dough and last time it was muffin. When asked why the different bread he said I thought you would prefer this. So basically he decided for us and placed the order without asking. Both portions of eggs Benedict were very average and the salmon was sparse at best. The burger was again very dry and average. When we asked for the untouched pizza to be packed, Umesh shocked us by very casually lifting a cat who was eating from another table and then grabbing the pizza with the same hands without washing! Shocking!
All in all the attitude of the server Umesh, poor standards of hygiene, the sub-standard food and to top it off the cats and dogs on the tables and floor was just unacceptable! Will definitely not return. ! ! I would rather starve than eat...
Read moreWe live nearby and have passed this place many times, it's always been near empty. Always had a gut feeling and based on other reviews, we've avoided it. One morning, this was the only place nearby that was open, so we decided to try. Wrong idea! Should have listened to our gut and reviews. Generally I like to be fair at these things. This is an unbiased review.
The entire order took 40 mins to be served. And this is given that we were the ONLY customers there. Be prepared to wait forever for basic stuff. I ordered an avocado toast. This was basically just a pre-prepared toast, avocado cut into slices, and some feta sprinkled on top. This takes a MAX of 15 mins to prepare. Don't know why this took so long. The feta was EXTREMELY salty. It was like eating a gooey blob of salt. I had to place it aside. I ordered hollandaise on the side which was more like butter gravy, north Indian style, and not smooth. No salt in this, funnily. My friend ordered an egg dish. Partially Uncooked egg. This Uncooked egg with all pre-prepared material (lettuce, bread etc) took 40 mins. I requested whole wheat bread. Not available. Waiters are not really customer friendly. Icing on the cake, saved the best for last - we entered at 730am. We were the ONLY customers in the place till almost 9. We came in with some work and books wanting to read, and since we were the only customers there, we asked them to reduce the volume of the music. They refused, saying that their boss won't allow it. My friend asked to speak to the boss. He then said boss wasn't there yet. But just before we entered they were playing loud bollywood music (I suspect their own) and when we came they changed it to some westernized hippie type music. But when asked to reduce the volume, they couldn't do that. I suppose boss is OK with the dhoom machale song but not no music at all 🤣 No card. Only upi or cash. Terrible terrible experience. If you're looking for early breakfast, go to dinhas which is 10seconds away. Much better food and...
Read moreIf you cannot avoid visiting Cinnamon, please be sure not to bump into the owner. This guy is miserable and does not know how to treat clients / families. He is an utter shame to wonderful Goa. Unfortunately, the staff follows the owner and hence a very disturbing experience at CINNAMON....
Did not have the courage to wait n try the food, so cannot comment over it. And to mention, the menu looks too costly as well.
All the best...

Sir, half baked cakes don't taste good. I'll explain the full story as you came in very late in the picture. Me n my family had been seated for 15 mins before we rec'd the menu card. Next, we requested TWICE for the Fan, as it was very hot n humid. After that you walked in, fed your cat, roamed around, yelled at your staff for some reason, and then, I first waved to your staff, reminding him about the FAN. Yet after another couple of minutes, I had to get attention of your staff to provide the EARLIER REQUESTED service. The ignorant behaviour that we experienced till now, had to be escalated in some manner, which I did, and clapped to get your staff's attention. But since your whistle was already blown, you exhibited your shining character through your behaviour and language. So, more than me looking in the mirror, you need to rub your eyes and wake up from your La La Land and learn some manners and etiquette of service industry. As you mentioned, I am sure, you are most capable to throw out people again n again. It's in you, and you can't help it. So that's fine.
WISH YOU (GOOD)LUCK WITH...
