Staff is very undisciplined... I had been here with my friend on 12/mar/2021, we had ordered Rice plate, but waiter Mr.Uttam, told that it cannot be served, told us to order separately, we ordered accordingly like fish, rice, Clams, modso, we had ordered quite a qty. Mr.Uttam also told, it would be last order since its 3pm. we said okay. Once the food is served, we were having food, we were not finished having food, waiter interrupted, saying whether he shall bring the bill, since we are not going to order anything else, we said ok. Then he bought the bill, we are still not finished having food yet. Then he kept on staring at us, and again interrupted asking whether we will pay by cash or card. We replied him saying we will pay by card. we were not in condition to remove card, since we were having food with hands. Waiter Mr.Uttam again kept on staring at us. So we felt very awkward, we asked him, for what he is waiting, he said said us to pay the bill, we told him that we are in middle of having food, can't you wait for a while, once we finish having food, we will pay. Waiter Mr.Uttam forced us to pay now, since he has to have his food. Upon his continues request & interference, we had to wash hand and remove the card from wallet and payed him Rs.1500. Then we further continued having lunch, since the food qty quite more, we though of pack & parcel. we requested waiter Mr.Uttam to parcel, waiter Mr.Uttam was very busy having his lunch and watching cricket match on TV, he told us to wait with an high attitude on his face (as we had already paid the bill, now we are not his customer), since he is having food. We felt very bad, with this rude behavior of the waiter, who don't know to serve a customer at his restaurant. We had to look, if there is any manager, so that we could complaint, but there was no manager there, waiter were like king there. I saw a manger's phone number on the NO SMOKING banner. I copied number of manager Mr.fernandes, waiter saw me dialing his manager's number, he frequently got up from having food and gave the food for packing. When we complaint with manager, Mr.Uttam told that we had asked for the bill and he had already packed the food. I told the manager that your waiter is not telling the truth and I also told him, that anywhere there is customer is always right but in your restaurant it is customer is wrong I think. I visited this restaurant with my family and I must say, i never realised that we have such good outdoor seating restaurant just nearly 4km away from Marcel.

Ambience: This is an outdoor seating restaurant situated in Dhaujim, inner areas of Old Goa. There is an ample parking space here. The shape of the restaurant is that of a boat and on other side of the restaurant we can see our River Mandovi flowing. The restaurant is very clean. There is an aquarium placed at the entrance for the visitor to have a look.

Food: This restaurant is well known for their fish. So if you visit here, make sure you order more seafood than chicken. Beginning with the fresh Lime Soda, it was so tempting and refreshing to beat the heat in this summer. We ordered Velli ( Silver fish) rawa fry. The fish was fried crisp and tasty and everything about the fish was perfect. The fish was fried in a pure Goan fashion, thus getting the homely touch. My mother and my sister ordered chicken xacuti and chicken biryani, whereas I settled for prawn biryani. Chicken Xacuti is listed in their list of Goan Specialities and it was really lip smacking. Prawn biryani was amazing, it had the flavour of prawns in its masala. The presentation of biryani differed for prawns and chicken biryani and so did their taste. We found prawn biryani tastier than chicken biryani, something which is found in only few restaurants. Lastly, for desserts, you get Kwality wall ice creams only, which you can choose as per your choice.

Service: The staff is very friendly. Despite being crowded at later hours in afternoon, the waiters did not get bored or panicked and always had smile on their face. Also, food was served within 15-20 minutes of order.
