Mistur Kud Family Restaurant with Bar - Best Seafood restaurant in old Goa — Restaurant in Goa

We recently visited this restaurant and experienced terrible service. Despite entering the restaurant when it was half packed, our order of 3 fish thali and one chicken cafreal was not served in 30 minutes. Upon inquiring the girl at the counter, we received an unsatisfactory response. Even after 10 more minutes, our order was still not served and we had no choice but to leave.

The girl at the counter did not bother to explain why our order was taking longer than usual or even offer any update on the status. She simply said, "We fry fish on tawa, not in deep oil - that is why it is taking longer time." I told her I am a chef, and à la carte Restaurant should not take much time. To our dismay, guests who came after us were served first.

This reflects a lack of customer service, and doing nothing to ensure customer satisfaction.

I visited this place recently and was not satisfied with the service. Reason the staff was very much interested in the IPL match. Even the ambience wasn't a pleasant one, SORRY to say, it looked like I had bought front row tkts in the stadium. BLARING sound of the TV and the patrons around were cricket enthusiasts who were there ofcourse to eat but more for the Love of the game. It was an awful experience considering the above circumstances. I also had to literally remind the staff that our order was delayed and pending while we almost finished. He decided to let us know what quantity was good enough. And finally we had to wait and wait and wait. Besides I feel Mistur Kudd shd stick only to Goan Cuisine, North Indian wasn't upto the mark.

I must say that I had a delightful dining experience at Mistoor Kud, where I happened to enjoy one of the best fish thalis I've ever had. The thali contained an impressive variety of dishes, including 2 Fish Curries, brinjal vegetable, clams sukha, two king fish rawa fry small/medium size, sol kadi, Salad and pickle, and a lovely gulab jamun for dessert. Each item was packed with flavor and tasted absolutely delicious, providing an authentic Goan fish thali experience.

Besides the excellent taste, was the calm and relaxing atmosphere of the restaurant. The ambiance was just perfect for a peaceful and enjoyable dining experience.

In conclusion, if you're looking for a restaurant that offers excellent food, a pleasant atmosphere and nice service. Mistoor Kud should definitely be on your list. I highly recommend trying out their fish thali, which is sure to leave your taste buds feeling satisfied and your...
