Divo Global Bar And Dining — Restaurant in Goa

Divo Global Dining and Bar. The word Global is used as they have multiple cuisines which relate to people globally. So this was my last stop before coming back to Mumbai. This place is located near vagator. Please use Google maps in order to reach at this place. This place has beautiful black cane chairs, sofa seating for the inside section. So yeah basically they have 2 sections, the outside one is pool facing and the inside one has beautiful blue walls with pretty paintings on on side and wood fire pizza maker on the other. In the day time, you should definitely sit by the pool and enjoy the soothing view of the pool.

Few details:

Food – vegetarian and non vegetarian Alcohol – Yes Sheesha – No Staff – friendly Service – decent Seating – comfortable and spacious

Things i tried:

Bruschetta – tomato and basil, mushroom and cheese. I found it a bit okayish as it was really bland. There is room for improvement

Loaded potato skins – potatoes stuffed with sour cream, chives and baked with cheddar cheese and chicken. This dish was an absolute delight.

Tempura shrimps – They were crispy fried and served with unagi sauce and soya foam. Shrimps perfectly cooked and deep fried to perfection as well. Unagi sauce added flavours to the crispy shrimps

Indiana Pizza – Paneer tikka, onions, peppers and mozzarella. So they make their pizzas in the wood fire ovens and they are thin crust. Our pizza took a little bit more time due to some issue with the oven, but the pizza was worth the wait

Alferdo – cheese sauce and mushroom pasta. It lived up to the creamy texture

Seafood rissotto (must have) – It had shrimps, basa fish, Napolitano sauce and parmagiana. It was the highlight of our lunch. No flaws, just amazing taste

Cajun and cilantro spiced red snapper (must have) – Another highlight of my lunch was this dish. The red snapper was just yum yum. Couldn’t stop eating it.

Classic cheesecake served with mango coulis – I wonder how they had mangos in this season, but they were undoubtedly pretty tasty

Hot choco fudge brownie with ice cream – it was pretty decent.

Nice Place! We just happened to visit this place and liked it...we ordered for pizzas which were good..We sat outside near the pool area, it’s nice but sometimes you get a drainage smell out there. The washrooms are good but there are no toilet rolls and tissues there which I feel the management...

The food at divo was pretty nice I really loved their mezze platter along with that I loved their fish and chips daal making and biryani. Totally worth the price and money visiting soon...
