I celebrated my birthday at Domingo’s Gazebo Restaurant, and it was nothing short of perfect, just the way I envisioned it! From start to finish, everything was thoughtfully executed, making it one of my most memorable celebrations.

The ambience at Domingo’s is simply excellent — warm, inviting and beautifully suited for any event, big or small. Whether it’s a quiet dinner or a fun-filled celebration, the place effortlessly sets the right mood.

A special shoutout to the wonderful owners, Bryan and Rolita. You both are truly amazing! You took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and went above and beyond to bring it all together with such care and precision.

And the food…..oh my! Every single dish was a hit. Delicious, flavourful and perfectly prepared, the guests couldn’t stop raving about it.

The service was impeccable. The servers were not only efficient but also incredibly friendly, always smiling and attending to everyone with warmth and grace.

A big thank you for the Karaoke and dance session too! It added the perfect dose of fun and energy to the evening we sang, we danced, we laughed and we truly had the time of our lives.

Thank you, Bryan and Rolita, for making my birthday so special. Your attention to detail, your hospitality and your hearts make Domingo’s Gazebo more than just a restaurant It’s a place where beautiful memories are made.

If you’re looking for a seafood haven in Varca, Goa, you might want to manage your expectations before heading to Domingos Gazebo Restaurant. With its inviting ambiance and seemingly high ratings, we were excited to indulge in some Goan coastal flavors. However, our experience with the seafood left us disappointed.

Food Review:

✅ Chilly Prawns – The dish had a good taste overall, but the spices could have been blended better. While it wasn’t bad, it didn’t leave a lasting impression either.

❌ Goan Fish Curry (Rawas) with White Rice – Unfortunately, this was the biggest letdown. The fish was neither fresh nor flavorful, completely taking away from the experience of a classic Goan dish. Given that we specifically came for seafood, this was a major disappointment.

✅ Butter Chicken – Surprisingly, the best dish on our table wasn’t seafood but butter chicken. The chicken pieces were succulent, and the curry was rich, creamy, and perfectly spiced—a true delight.

Final Verdict:

We came expecting great seafood but left underwhelmed. The butter chicken was the only saving grace, which is ironic for a place known for seafood. If you’re visiting for authentic Goan seafood, you might want to reconsider your options.

Tucked away in the peaceful lanes of Varca, Domingo’s Gazebo is a place that truly comes alive at night. With its heavenly ambiance (especially at night) warm lighting, and a cool breeze, dining here feels like a special escape. The vibe is relaxed yet lively, with karaoke or soulful music playing in the background, adding to the overall charm of the evening.

We were lucky to visit this beautiful spot twice during our Goa trip, and both experiences were just as memorable. The staff is incredibly humble and polite, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. A special shoutout to 🌟Eros, who served us with such genuine hospitality and attention.

The food here is a treat for both veg and non-veg lovers. We mostly tried their starters along with drinks, and everything was delicious.

Highly recommended non-veg dishes: ~ Prawns, Pomfret Tawa Fry

For vegetarians: ~ Mushroom Salt & Pepper also their Quesadilla is a must try.

And if you're into cocktails, don't leave without trying their LIT (Long Island Iced Tea). The way they prepare it is outstanding– strong, smooth, and super refreshing. Definitely one of the best we've had.

In every way, Domingo’s Gazebo is a must-visit in South Goa – for the ambiance, the food, the music, and above all, the warm service. Grateful for the memories made here.
