This is advertised as a 24 hour café offering a choice of patio or air conditioned dining with an exhaustive breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet spread.
Our stay package included complimentary breakfast and our observations over four nights was that several items were repeated. It would've been better to have mixed it up, at least making an effort to present some sort of change from what was available the previous day. Idli, Sambar, Ross Omelette, Sausages, Oats, Croissants, Pain Au Chocolat etc were available daily. As were Dosas, Poori and a variety of Vada.
While I certainly appreciate the "spread" maybe think about quality over quantity? A modest offering to cater to Indian and European guests that doesn't repeat so much? I can't speak for the lunch and dinner buffets as we never had lunch here and had dinner only once. It is my sincere opinion that there is room for improvement in the buffet area, considering the rates you charge.
The wait staff deserve special mention for their speed and efficiency and attention in ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

Read moreThis place is alright. Not outstanding and not exceptional. I expected more from a hotel that is apparently “5 stars” (who knows what made that happen). The paneer makhni was flavorful and had a nice tomato flavor and tons of paneer though it was arguably too sweet. The dal tadka was awesome! It was packed with flavor and tasted great on a bed of rice. The garlic naan was just alright, and the kadai paneer was very nice and delicious. The mango ice cream tasted quite artificial, and I expected it to taste fresh as this was apparently “5 stars.” 7/10, wouldn’t rush to get it again.
The breakfast was great with a wide variety of options and international items. Just don’t get the coffee smoothie.
Rohan was our server multiple times and he is the best! So kind, considerate,...

Stupid staff. I could rant all day long what all went wrong here but I would simply avoid this culture of treatment and rather visit other welcoming cafes. Thanks for nothing. Take some course on management and get your...
