Fish and Booze — Restaurant in Goa

Fish & Booze comes accross as a fresh concept standing apart from the many fish and booze places lined up in Goa. The location is convenient with parking on the main candolim road. Though it commands a spacious area, the owners have not been greedy to cramp the place with more tables. Instead what comes accross is a open kitchen on the ground floor & a terrace deck as the restaurant on the upper level with a high covered roof...making the place look airy and cool. The non veg food I tasted was flavourful & devoid of colour as it is in mumbai. The chicken was perfect with the lightly burnt barbeque sauce, the beef steak was fresh meat & roasted well. The goan sausages had their natural taste intact & were well cooked. And Ahh..the FISH ! Do try a bit of the fish varieties they offer. Need some handholding ? Speak to the friendly owners Herman & Vipul who are always ensuring that no guest or family is unattended. They could add few popular veggie items to their list for veg indian families..like veg salads & paneer dishes. Super super duper awesome!!!! We ordered their fish thali and it was super tasty and so fresh...... Have fallen in love with their taste... So authentic😍😍😍 and so tasty... They serve everything hot and fresh... The cook is awesome... Ambience is awesome... Loved the place and more over loved their food... Would recommend this...

Visited the place on my trip to goa , situated on the main calangute candolim road , has a nice view from the top deck . The food was very tasty and the fish was fresh . Service was very good and fast . The tesreo was cooked just like home . Tried their chicken biryani was yummy . Nice place...
