Novotel Goa Candolim — Hotel in Goa

I have stayed at the hallmark many times over the years. Chris and Devina feel like a family away from home. They are truly the most thoughtful, friendly welcoming hosts you could wish to meet on a holiday. If its within their capability to help you with an aspect of your holiday they will gladly oblige. Their rooms are spacious, clean and the new bathrooms lovely. Chris works so hard to make guests welcome and keep the place spotless. The cats he looks after are unobtrusive, and being cat owners ourselves we love seeing them. The location just off Titos lane is great if you want to be near bars, beach and restaurants. The guest house itself is an oasis of calm amongst the maelstrom of Titos lane. Minimal if any noise can be heard in the rooms. We will continue to stay at the hallmark in the future. I have visited goa nearly every year sins 2012.some times a twice a year. This was the first time iv stayed at this guest house. It was recommended by a friend who works in limelite cafe. From the second i walked in and spoke to the couple in reception i was amazed. The respect that they give to their guest was unreal. The most friendly and welcoming people iv met in goa. From start to finish they were awsome. The rooms were big and clean. Bathrooms were ace. I stayed at a diffrent place for a few days befor we came to hallmarks. I wish id have come here from the start. Most defo going to be my regular place from now. I have no bad words to say about this place or the staff because it was all perfect. Dont think twice about this place guys. U wont be dissapointed. Being british i feel that a little bit of respect goes a long way. Thanks...

This place is just amazing. The biggest plus is the location. Being on Tito's lane, this is just 5 mins walk away from the baga beach, which is the most happening beach in goa in terms of party and night life, but even after being so close its totally nestled out on a side lane from Tito's which gives it it's own privacy and serenity. The host, Chris is simply amazing. He helped us at every point of our trip with real helpful insights and suggestions for travel. The rooms are amazing and clean. I would surely rate this guesthouse on par or above par of any international homestays and motels. Just awesome. The cats on the premises too are real sweet. They mind to themselves and do not bother the guests at all. I am sure that for my next trip back to GOA, it's surely going to be a stay on...
